It.s a very clean and nice hotel, but in an ugly area. Staff was nice, rooms are big and clean and terrace is a nice place to spend the evenings. Surroundings! It.s so dirty and smelly around the hotel :( looks like a ghetto :((

Easy access to metro station. The house keeping lady was very helpful. The hotel has very dated decor. The surrounding area was a quite doggy and unsafe and I wouldn’t recommend the area for families. There was also a very strong, unpleasant smell around the hotel.

Size of the room was good The room seemed dirty overall. The toilet smelled, I had to drop liquid soap in it periodically. Some areas had thick dust in the room. The area around the hotel had pee or vomit stains. Right in front if the hotel there were abandoned vans with homeless people and a flee market during the weekend. Breakfast staff was not friendly, giving weird looks and stupid questions.

Air conditioning is not working and it was not fixed even after compalining and reception service was unavailable after 10 pm.

In the parking lot right across from the hotel, people are living in their cars, and there are homeless people's belongings scattered around.
