The location, next to my wife’s internship place, and with good connectivity with the public transportation system. Very old and poorly maintained, furniture was in very bad shape, clogged drains in the bathroom.

Location
-
The room for 3 peopel was very tight. There was no air conditioning based on the time of year we stayed (early April). We were looking for an inexpensive option close to Paris for 3 people. I might spend a little more next time for a hotel with larger rooms that can accommodate 3 people. Lobby felt old and dingy
-
The price was fair That we have booked a queen size bed while we go 2 single beds and another extra sofa bed that made the room too tiny
-
The hotel is pretty close to the RER station from the airport CDG and metro, also bus to the center of the city, the lobby is nice and also the staff, always polite and helpful. The room has really really small for 3 adults, always warm even for winter, the air extractor wasn’t working so the room becomes humid after shower. The 3rd bed is actually a little sofa too close to a wood bar so if you’re not careful you gonna hit it a few times, the only 2 electrical plugs are on this “wood bar” next to the extra bed btw. And I know is not a hotel problem but while we were there a group of kids were staying too in multiple rooms, they were running, smashing doors and yelling at midnight, that happened during two days, was exhausting when you wanna just go rest after a long day.

Breakfast is good,

When I went up to the room after checking in, the room looked as though it had been broken into at some point so I didn't feel safe sleeping in there on my own. Room 347

Location and service

Location was fairly good Staff not pleasing No response from room phone No drinking water No hot water kettle Too tiny rooms No space to place luggage No noisy when people move around House keeping staff irresponsible We suffered without soap and towels and brought own soaps House keeping staff entered room and left without any house keeping in evening which made us feel insecure Beds slipping on floor Mattress slipping on the bed.

Location was good just 10mnts walk from Port de Orleans bus station where you can catch public transportation and restaurants, cafe Franprix in just outside of hotel Poor house keeping even on request no response. No hot water kettle , or glass or cups , Beds very uncomfortable Too noisy when body walk in morning Too noisy furniture sounds from other rooms. Room was smallest of my all the time hotels in 15 years If I keep one luggage bag I can't walk to bed I need to trespass. Mattress slipping from beds even while sitting

We were happy to stay in this hotel. Thank you!

It is near to the University where I had a conference to attend to, an for a decent price. I also like how they encourage you to use the stairs. Several hotels do not even let you use the stairwell to get to your room. This one has signs of encouragement to take the stairs! The staff was a bit short with me. I forgot to ask if breakfast was included (which it was), and missed having it. Usually I'm told that breakfast is included. I'm not blaming the staff as I should have asked. But still, it would have been nice to be told, especially when I checked in after a long flight and my mind isn't fully working yet.
