The place looked generally clean, but there were big spider webs in the corners of the rooms and the sheets had some stains The lobby had a strange smell. When I was seating there on the couch facing the breakfast area I saw one female worker going there and putting a fork into a plate of food from the buffet and taking the food close to her mouth. She wanted to eat it directly from the plate where the guests get the food from. She saw that I was looking at her, slowly put the fork down and went to grab a plate to put her food on a plate instead of eating it directly like that. The pillows were uncomfortable, the AC was very old and noisy so we couldn't keep it on, and if you opened the window at night there was a lot of strong noise coming from the street. So it was very hot in the room and difficult to sleep

Breakfast had lots of good choices! Staff was super nice and helpful. Large towels, lots of soap. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. My room was small, especially the bathroom. Room doors closing automatically were kind of loud. Distance from center of Paris, then walking from metro to hotel. I got my credit card compromised on booking.com Big comforter on bed was beautiful but I like just a sheet over me and there was none.

The room had everything you'd expect and was clean. The breakfast had food that was fresh and diverse. To reach the room, there were stairs, as the elevator did not reach every level.

No Hot Water, Poor Service – Went a Whole Day Without a Shower! Upon checking into this hotel, I immediately went to take a shower. However, after running the water for five minutes, it remained ice-cold. Realizing there might be an issue with the water heater, I asked a cleaner for assistance. She told me to wait for ten minutes before trying again. I followed her instructions and waited for fifteen minutes, but the water was still cold. Frustrated, I gave up on showering and decided to head out to explore the city center. When I returned to my room at 9 PM, I tried to take a shower again, only to find that the hot water issue persisted. I went down to the front desk to report the problem and file a complaint, but the staff simply told me to “wait ten minutes,” giving me the same response as earlier. I waited for another twenty minutes, yet there was still no hot water. As a result, I went an entire day without being able to shower! In cold weather, taking a cold shower is simply unacceptable, and the hotel’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. If you don’t want to deal with this kind of frustrating experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel! No Hot Water, Poor Service – Went a Whole Day Without a Shower! Perfect location for me as I was visiting family living in Montrouge. 5 min walk from ligne 4 The size of the room!!! It is supposed to be a double, good thing I was in my own!! And you can hear everything!! Unfortunately my neighbours were really loud specially when coming back in the middle of the night.

Location. No elevator for first floor.

Very very expensive for what it was. No refrigerator. Practically no closet space/drawers. WiFi didn’t work. Old.
