Comfort Inn & Suites Moreno Valley near March Air Reserve Base

Was not expecting that much bad Front disk ppl were impolite asking them send me send more towels to our room they said we don’t have service ppl at night environment was not clean

It was nice stay the best was the free breakfast in the morning and the pool was good too

They did not let me pay with my boyfriend's card. When he was the one with a actually show card and not a virtual card

I like the location. I love that they were a lot of parking. Our bathroom door was split so when we went to open it from using the bathroom the door piece flew off and the wall detached. The carpet needs cleaning severely! The freezer and fridge have ice caked in there and the freezer has dirt caked into the ice.

At first the night staff was excilent But when it came to Friday we thought at first we only needed 2 days but we wanted to stay until sat. but the rep at the country wanted to get a second deposit instead of using there one we already gave. We were all ready too stay but the rep wasn't wanting to help us do so.

Dirty rooms and sink didn’t work

They assumed we smoked in the room, when we did not. All because my partner had weed in their pocket and emptied a cigar in the trash. Its possible it could have left behind a faint smell. However no damage was done to the room and no smoke ruined the walls because we did not smoke in there. My partner literally drove out of the property to smoke because it is a no smoking property. Even though on the website it offers smoking and non smoking rooms. Completely unprofessional. Stole my deposit and put us on the "no booking" list, because of assumptions and their inability to open the balcony door to air out the room.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is pet-friendly. During the night, I could hear a dog running around in the room above me for quite a while, which made it difficult to sleep. It might be a good idea for the hotel to assign guests traveling with pets to ground-floor rooms when possible to help reduce noise for other guests. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and customer service, but I hope the hotel considers this change to improve the experience for everyone.

We were late checking out, we spoke to the front desk three different times to ask if we could get a late check out and we stated that we were willing to pay an additional fee for this, the staff member who took the calls would not tell us yes or no and she ultimately came to the room to tell us to leave, which we were already in the process of doing (we were out of the room within 3 minutes of staff coming to the room). Poor communication by hotel staff!
