Hampton Inn Morgantown

The carpets were wet and the room smelled terrible. I told the front desk in the morning and they just wrote it on a sticky note and checked me out.

This Hampton Inn is old and not as in good shape as other Hampton Inn. Our toilet flushed (by itself) every 15 min all night. Fridge in the room rumbled loudly. Was not easy to get on internet- needed help with front desk. Hallway carpet were dirty and clearly not vacuumed in a few days. Hampton Inn is usually solid but this one is lagging. However, front desk was nice and breakfast was decent.

Very close to Ruby Memorial. Clean, quiet. Beds were comfortable

Nothing, service at front desk was horrible It was terrible, I was moving my daughter into college and I booked a room on booking.com and the hampton Inn did not have the reservation, I showed the women at the desk my reservation number and she told me I need to call booking to get the reservation number from them, i was so upset, she never tried to resolve the issue, didnt even offer us a room, we needed to drive 30 minutes to find a hotel. It was my worst experience at any hotel. Her customer service was terrible

Enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice ,personable and informative.

Room was clean. Plenty of towels left. Pillows super soft not giving much support. Quiet for the night. Didn't offer REAL bacon or sausage for breakfast.

This was my second night saying I had to leave really early in the morning I was leaving the premises at 6:45 there was no one in sight for me to say goodbye and turn my key in. Cuz I had to get on the road I had a 7-hour trip. The breakfast there is great. The room was very clean. But overall it's a great place.

The first night of stayed it was great. I'm just very picky when it comes to pillows I didn't much care for the pillows on the bed. But overall everything was immaculate and very clean. The second night was the same way until early that morning it's 6:45 when I had my bags ready to go there was no one at the front desk or in the kitchen area nowhere to be seen for me to check out. So I had to go I had a 7 hour drive ahead of me. But overall it's a very nice place very clean and I felt safe nice surroundings. Applebee's helped out being so close and very friendly

Room was neat and clean Parking....2 trucks and motor home parked sideways taking up 10 parking spots. Hot Breakfast food wasn't hot and was out of the potatoes.

Breakfast was provided. It was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable. Was like sleeping on a stone slab. The room had no microwave. The price was too high for what was provided.

Needs update to rooms and in general.

Room was not clean. I woke up to a nasty smell in my room and got up to look around. I didn't find where the smell came from. There was mold in the shower. There was no hand soap and very little soap in the shower. When I got up for the day, there was a bug in the bathroom.
