Absolutely nothing. Breakfast has only two choices of coffee, Bold dark roast or decaffeinated, tried to get some dark roast to only get cold coffee from dispenser, T.V. in living area was non working, staff found data cable broke and had none on hand to replace, 3 days without, no comp on room for that or the rotten breakfast on Sunday which should have been the best day for breakfast, asked at front desk and was only told that they understand but their close to the sports stadium that's why they charge more than other places to stay, no satisfaction with service anymore. Noisy area due to Hospital and sports stadium across the street, no sleeping in here. Overall satisfaction level very, very low for the price charged. Someone needs to up their game at this stay.

Was charged 2X for same room - paid upfront through booking but then hotel also charged a credit card.

The bathtub was disgusting and had dirty wash clothes hanging over it as well.

I actually left a case behind in the room and they found it and shipped it. So I appreciate the extra effort that they made to make me happy. I did like the outdoor area where it had a fire pit and it was super close to the football stadium and Ruby hospital, I could literally walk across the street and you’re there. I won’t hesitate to book there for my next visit.

Staff is always helpful and the rooms are clean. Price is always great too for what you get. Definitely recommend!

Check in was fine, it was the room its self. There were no items for the pull out bed (empty bag was in the closet had to ask the front desk for items), found a bug in the room, some of the dishes were dirty. Breakfast was good the staff made sure items were stocked. Didn’t know about the parking and there being a cost to park, for the amount you pay for staying the night you shouldn’t be charged for parking. Originally charged $10 for parking than was updates to $7.42. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and didn’t have the issue like I had this time around. I will NOT be staying again when I come in town.

But the staff is where this place shines. Luke was professional, friendly and informative. Leesy (sp?, glasses and good style) was also extremely helpful. Like I said, nice hotel. It's a little overpriced but what can you do? Pro tip: if youre having issues with the internet, toggle "assign random hardware addresses" on and off. You're welcome.

We were only there for a short overnight… But we would definitely return there… It is a pet friendly hotel, which was our primary goal. The only issue was was a little weird where you could take your dog outside, but I have a small dog so it didn’t really matter. It was fine I would highly recommend this place.

Room size nice with full kitchen. Bed in our unit had cozy sheets but bed sunk in middle. Could use a new mattress. We were in unit 210. Easy to find, right across from hospital, great for anyone needing to stay close.

Great food!

Everything was as to be expected. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only complaint is we had a pull out couch for our son and there were no linens in the room. Called 2 times to FO and was told they would bring them right up. Well 25 minutes between each call and nothing. Eventually I had to go down and get them. Not a big deal but no need to BS me, just ask me to come get them.
