Very clean property….. Nothing….

The property was very inviting and there were tons of amenities like an on site restaurant and indoor pool/ hot tub. There is an option to have food delivered up to your room and they offer a breakfast buffet. The staff was very informative and friendly. It was located close to the stadium and a town center. There was also handicap access to the pool and hot tub, which I thought was very inclusive. The toiletries provided were very nice. I did not have any dislikes, honestly.

Hotel was clean !

My entry floor and bathroom floor was filthy dirty. I have pictures of cleaning the floor myself. I booked the last room available which was handicapped assessable on the first floor which I didn’t need. It was near an exit door, the laundry room, gym and all you heard was noise until 12:30 am. Having driven from SC, I was tired and wanted to rest and not listen to the noise and music coming from the gym.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within an easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. WVU is about 10 to 15 minutes away depending upon traffic and your destination.

Breakfast was great but I was charged for it . As was everyone else . Other Hilton places I’ve stayed was a free breakfast but I’d rather pay the 16 bucks and have everything I needed . Really Everything was great. Location etc . I have cancer and getting chemo weekly so thia has been my go to place . Actually daughter making reservation for this week ans while I’m there gonna go ahead and sched for next 3 weeks .

All staff members we encountered were extremely kind and helpful. The moment you walk through the door, it smells nice, there is a variety of on the go drinks and snacks available for purchase, everything is exceptionally clean, and the men at the front desk were very kind. When I checked out on Sunday, the woman at the front desk was very kind. Definitely, the best overall stay I have had anywhere to date. This is the second time I have stayed at this particular Hilton in the past 2 months and I plan on using it as my number one pick for all my Morgantown travels. The ice bags were so cheap that when I lifted the bag up from the ice bucket, ice spilled out everywhere. Otherwise, there was not another thing beyond the ice bucket bags!

Close to hospital Parking was horrible. Not enough in front side of hotel. Not very lit in the back of hotel

We chose this hotel because of the Pool and the Hot Tub. When we arrived, we found out that they were both closed that day, which was disappointing. The staff made it right. Rooms were clean, the breakfast bar was great... perfect overnight on our road trip.
