The hotel was fairly clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel in general and our room in particular had a musty moldy smell. It was very noticeable in the room. Also, we had to carry our luggage down the stairs from the third floor because the elevator was not working in the morning. Overall, an okay experience.

In a drive across the US this past week with lots of nice hotels, the staff and location here deserves a shout out! In all ways, perfect. Stay here when in the area; wise choice.

Location was the best and the Staff was top notch Could use a bit of maintenance , Nothing major but Our room shade was broken and parking garage was closed so we had to use city parking ( not far at all)

We have been coming here for nearly 10 years and love this place. The staff are absolutely superb, (shout-out to the manager Shaina-she's the best!!) - friendly and helpful, many have been there for years and they remember us! The rooms are beautiful and beds are comfortable. The location is great to walk to the restaurants, shops and the Amphitheatre for concerts in the summer! Can't wait to go back again!

Clean room, clean bathroom, good nights sleep. Parking was free & right next door. My only complaint would be the temperature of our room was a bit warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change it much. Otherwise, decent stay.

Size of rooms. Though pictures were deceiving The staff they started out nice enough, but when our key card wouldn't work, they were rude and didn't want to assist us so we could reenter the room. I will not stay there again.
