Pleasant stay.

The staff was super friendly at this location. the rooms was very clean. they serve breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. this is always a hotel that I stay at when I need to be in Raleigh.

It was clean. When I had a question and housekeeping did not know what I was saying (language barrier) w/o me skiing she went and going someone to help. I truly appreciate that. Thank you for everything. Thank you to the GM for helping me get to the property by way of the hotel shuttle. The shuttle driver who is also over the breakfast was very helpful and so nice. God bless you all.

My stay was quiet overall, and the pleasantness of the staff helped make the visit okay, which I truly appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could use more attention. The room did not feel as clean as expected, with crumbs in the corners and under the chair, and the tub had small black flecks in it. I also had some maintenance concerns, including an outlet that would not hold my charger properly, a door lock that made it difficult to close the door when leaving, and a room key that deactivated several times during the first 24 hours. I did not raise these concerns during my stay because I was hoping for a quiet visit, but I do think they are worth noting for future guests. I did not want the headache of trying to find a new hotel for a two night visit.

Disable parking was available for my husband and I. The breakfast could've been a little bit more than what they had but our room was clean and we were there from a Friday to a Monday and we only had to ask for clean towels. The staff was very friendly.

Parking is reasonable and shuttle was perfect.

I enjoyed my stay, it was close by Wendy’s, Waffle House and couple gas stations. Staff was helpful and the rooms were nice, I’d definitely go back I enjoyed my experience.

The room had a smell we had bugs in the bathroom and we found a roach on the bed under the sheets. We could hear the conversation of the guests staying on both sides of us so is not much privacy or rest, the hotel carpet are dirty. Don’t recommend

We got what we paid for- nothing more & nothing less.

The location is just perfect especially when you have an early flight. There are restaurants near by as well. Staffs are accommodating, rooms well maintained, and airport shuttle’s on time.

Beds were very comfortable

First staff, not welcoming/don’t great you. Kind of just stares even when u speak. Weird vibe Hotel room. Filthy. We had blood stains on BOTH of our bed covers. When asked for new blankets front desk gave us a little hard time. Tried to give us some curtain feel blankets and we were like how would this be even remotely comfortable. Finally got a blanket and it was so small and thin. Oh yes, ONE BLANKET FOR A 2 BED ROOM. Headboards of the beds were filthy. Bathroom light did not work. AC did not work. Once you took a shower the whole room get so muggy, sticky and hot. NO VENTILATION. Speaking of shower. DISGUSTING. The shower it self had grim stuck to the walls. The picture of the towels are from wiping shower walls. We had to bleach down the bathroom like crazy. All surfaces was dusty and nasty.
