Sonesta Select Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville

pay for a breakfast sandwich, free coffee for 2 hours, then you pay. The room no microwave, but you can carry your food to the third floor where they have for the guest. I was there for 4 nights, and they only came once to change towels but not clean the room. I asked the maid for some coffee pods for the Coffee maker, and she said she didn't have any as she was cleaning another room next to my room (I actually saw them on her cart) I emailed the corporate office to give my comments on this hotel, they responded that it was privately owned under their name. the manager would reach out to go over my concerns, when i read their communication to the manager, the manager closed the concerns without reaching out to me. and said he would reach out via email. I am still waiting for a respond via email or call 5 days later. I DON'T NEED A RESPOND. I will never stay or recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy.

Very friendly staff

Room was very clean. We had an early flight so we didn’t spend much time. But the room was clean and them bed was comfy. Very close to the airport.

I also didn’t like that I had to give AND sign a $100 incidental at check in. I know most hotels ask for an incidental card for the file, but I haven’t had to actually sign for it before. No outlets by the bed - couldn’t plug my cpap in.

The room was very clean, I enjoyed the pool, and I had no issues at all. As others said online, there is no free breakfast, but this is a cheaper hotel so I was OK with that.

Kim at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.

Just spent one night on our way to ECU. Got in late and left early property was clean room was clean. Steve was very nice.

Great location They hold 100 dollars on your credit card too long specially when you don’t consume anything else in the hotel.

Aside from the friendly easy-going staff, the building is in great shape, the room was spotless, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. My daughter happily used the gym, the outdoor pool and game yard looked very clean, and the airport shuttle was easy, took about 5 mins to the terminals. Would definitely stay here again when flying out of RDA.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was very clean. We used the shuttle to the airport and they were right on time and very great to work with. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay again in the future! Nothing

Sonesta was such a pleasure! They were so accommodating. We had a very rough night the night prior getting in town late and wish I would have found them earlier! We spent 3x the money right up the street the night before and the Sonesta was way more comfortable and had friendliest staff. Since we had to checkout from the other hotel and only had 2 hours of sleep, they let us check in hours early so we could relax before our event that evening. It was my daughter’s birthday and they gave her a snack/drink from the little store inside. Mrs. Mindy and Mrs. Crystal were so kind and helpful! We very much enjoyed our visit with Sonesta and next time we are in town we will be going straight there! Thank you all so much at Sonesta for making our trip and whole experience great! It truly does take a huge chunk of stress away when you have a safe, clean and comfortable place for your family to lay their head. So we were rested and ready for our concert! Thank you so much to the Sonesta staff for making it that much more enjoyable and helping us make memories!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size. There was hair in the tub and on the floor of the bathroom. There was a visible handprint on the mirror in the bathroom. I dropped something and bent down to pick it up and discovered all kinds of junk under the beds.

The location was perfect. Everything inside was very dated, and old and worn In our room, they were actually holes in the walls.
