Clean room, friendly staff. Great value for the price.

The front desk person was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. However, I reserved a double room because there were 3 of us, but the room was equipped with only one towel set. How does that makes sense? Also, the shower head is so low we had to stoop to take a shower. Lastly, no coffee maker in the room and no luggage rack.

The best thing I can say is that the room was clean and the hotel was in a convenient location. Listing advertised two queens, but we got one full size and one queen. The bathroom was in terrible shape and desperately needs to be redone. All fixtures were sized for children. The sink was barely 3' off the ground. I'm only 5'9" and I had to contort to get myself under the shower head. There was essentially no hot water and the water pressure was very poor. I would not stay here again. They did not provide enough towels and the front desk was usually unmanned so it was hard to get more. The room was extremely small and very tight for four people.

We only stayed one night, it was not a good experience.

The room wasn¿t the cleanest. There was a lot of hair and I found old bars of soap in the shower.

Shower doors not work properly. Bedding was pretty yucky.

Ice maker didn't work. Coffee was usually almost empty. Staff was friendly.

The room was filthy and shower was not clean.Wayne offered us another room we declined because we were off to work that evening and had already loaded our suitcase’s and gear.To the owners ,you may want to rethink the way you track clean rooms and dirty rooms.It ain’t hard.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy. So disgusting that I left without staying. But they charged me almost $400 anyway. Have been calling daily for a week and getting the runaround. A manager never calls me back and the staff at the front desk refuses to give me the phone number for corporate. Very disappointed in this establishment.

Shower w/constant drip that became steady flow - could not use at all. Floor looked clean but left a black coat on socks and feet. Manager unreachable, staff unprofessional, unauthorized charges on credit card. Value = $50, Price Paid = $--+ Feel duped.

The property was very quiet at night donut was easy to sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful during my stay.

bathroom sink tap not working

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. First night we stayed was in a room that was on a maintenance hold. Lights in the bathroom weren’t even working. The next day we were moved to a new room. The shower leaked and flooded into the main room underneath the bathroom wall.

Very disappointed it was old and very dirt not worth the money we spent for graduation weekend

Staff service was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our three night stay. Property is a little run down and in need of additional repair. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. Room was quiet and convenient to local shopping dining and WSU.

Needs a deep clean.

The room was basically clean, but the floor had a dirt film on it. The location was good. The hotel is older and had an odor like over use of cleaning products.
