Even though we booked our stay last minute, quite late at night, our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. They took good care of us and the room was spacious and comfortable :)

The kind owner lady made coffee in the morning. Unfortunately there was really dirty both in the room and in the bathroom. It's sad that people take money for renting a room without cleaning it before the guests arrive. There was no contact with the owner when we asked for help with finding the place as it was not marked correctly in the GPS. We lost a lot of time because location that was put by the owner leads to the main bridge. We advice future guests to look up the address instead of using the location given by the owner.

Location only Old house, bad smel, no private toilet, we must shere. No refrigerator, no cattle. Small room with oldfasion furniture ?. Sorry Biba, you must try better(your beautiful lady)

The location was incredible. The host was very kind and nice. Mostar is a city absolutely that should be visited.

Boba was an excellent friendly host

The host Biba is a beautiful soul, very kind. She made us traditional Bosnian coffee every morning, which was an unexpected delight. The location was good (not where Bookings or Google said it would be though) Quiet area, close to supermarket, which was just across the road. The bed is firm, if you like a firm bed you’re on a winner. Good aircon. The location was just outside the old city, not inside it by the river as pinned on Bookings and Google. That was a little disappointing. No views. It’s an old property. With steep narrow winding stairs, about 18 of them, bare that in mind. Pillows were lumpy. Bed too firm for wife, but ok for me.

Close to the old bridge and everything you need.Excellent hospitality and amazing host.Many thanks Biba. We have shared bathroom and not private like advertising.Too noisy from the street for us.Through the night was ok.

The location, Biba was very kind and made the best Bosnian coffee.

Location is perfect. Free parking place with an amazing view on Mostar Old Bridge. The coffee in the morning. We booked a room with a balcony. When we arrived at 18:00, a reasonable hour I would say, Biba, the host, told us we were late and our room was given to other people… Instead she gave us a very small room with no balcony, no wardrobe. Moreover the bathroom was on the corridor, shared with another room. When we came back from town, in the middle of the night, the front door was locked and we were not provided a key for that. We were ringing for more than 30 mins. Then I called Biba on the mobile and told her I am outside in the rain waiting for her to let me in the building. She didn’t speak any English, she said “no comprendo” and shut the phone:.. then my partner called her again and she explained her in an aproximative Bosnian language the situation. She eventually opened the door… Anyway - at least she offered us a 20% discount on our specific demand.

The property in general was very cosy and the balcony was beautiful. But the real gem was Biba! Amazing host, very lovely and kind lady! We definitely stay again with Biba! Nothing.

Perfect location with parking. Ederly couple host, not very good with english, but very nice and trying to help. We booked the room with private bathroom which was outside the room, on the hallway. The bedsheets were clean but overall the place is not sparkling, but the price is fair. We had a boiler tank that we tried to use carefully but the hot water ran out quickly and we did not knew how to start it again (we think it had a switcher outside on the wall). Ask the lady when you go.

Biba was a very very nice Host

The location is amazing, just in the heart of the old town with a supermarket just at the front door. Biba was very welcoming with a Bosnian coffee at the check in and in the next morning. The room was clean, A/C was working too.
