very friendly staff very close to the aquarium breakfast is just a little snack box and coffee, no buffet or different options noise insulation between rooms and apartments is not very good

excellent breakfast. Happy to occupy the first floor. The bathtub was too deep. Need an area to keep clothes dry while showering also, a nonslip surface when the bath floor is wet and found very slippery. The sink in bathroom too small.

Location was definitely a plus for visiting Chiraumi Aquarium. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay longer but if I could have, I would. Exploring this northern end of Main island of Okinawa is truly a sight to behold as I have done in the past. Sadly, the hotel must remind guest to not be so noisy. It is a shame that some have the inability to be considerate of others and have to be reminded.

Bed was too soft. Not comfortable to sleep in.

The service was great & staff was approachable & very friendly. Their utensils were clean & well equipped (such as pots, spoons, chopsticks, scissors, table cloth, towels & etc).. Lawson, beach, & aquarium were nearby.. The place have exceeded my expectations. Nothing.

There are two rooms, like the apartment which is suitable for a family. All necessary facilities are provided. The hotel is conveniently located near the aquarium including 7-11. Although we checked in late, the hotel still assisted us with room entry. none

Washer dryer Proximity to aquarium Staff is sometimes hard to locate I am a single traveler but there were 2 bedrooms and 4 beds...perhaps it was the only room available

The staff was very nice and friendly! We were recommended the nice local fish restaurant which we enjoyed!!!! The location - is walking distance to the aquarium. We walked around the hotel and loved the neighbourhood. The room had a nice view from the balcony! They were no bed linen (unless they were dark navy colour - which looked more like mattress protector). One blanket cover had a dirty spot. As I noticed it after 6 pm, I couldn't bring it up with the staff who had already left for the day. And next morning we were leaving so it wasn't matter. I just slept over the blanket without undoing my bed. I used my cardigan as a cover.

Quiet place, near Churaumi aquarium and Bise. Can see sunset at the room. -

The apartment was well equipped, e.g. oil for cooking, detergent, breakfast take out to eat in the apartment No USB charger but many power outlet

Easy to find, very friendly staff, remind me of turning off my headlights even he is already off of his shift. Enough parking space. Close to aquarium, lots of family mart and Lawson close by. Wash machine and drying machine are very helpful. The bed is little soft , not my like, but okay.

mattres too soft wasnt comfortable anymore one pillow is not enough wish they could have put 2 pillows atleast

The location and the facilities are both good. 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sea aquarium and the beach. Can see sun set.
