There is no kettle in the room,during 3 days of staying there never changed the towells.Air conditioner is very noizy

Good sized room excellent aircon nice location close to river plenty of parking dog friendly No bar or restaurant directed to shopping center for food nothing open. Had to move from reception area when hotel closed.

Absolutely no complaints, lovely clean crisp room with a view of the river, with a beautiful new looking en suite. There is a classy looking restaurant next door (didn't try it) and saw at least one other close by on the drive in. The receptionists were more then helpful, it couldn't be any better : )

Everything that we needed was there and nothing was too much trouble for the staff The signage outside could be better as we struggled to find it. Google was sending us the wrong way and because it was dark we didn’t see the sign.

Clean room and fresh bedsheets, heating No hairdryer, small towels, thin walls that made it noisy, lack of essentials (even to buy) like toothpaste

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, but this hotel was in a good location for our trip. Easy parking in front of the hotel. The Air Conditioning was great and the shower very nice. Bed too was comfortable.

Hotel is situated just outside of town so nice and quiet and less than 10 mins from the centre As we had a dog we had to have breakfast outside, this area would have been better if it was cleaned.

The rooms were spacious. Hotel was situated in a quiet area and the room view outside was to the rover which was great. There was a TV in one room only, another TV would have been great. 2 of the towels were dirty and couldn't change them because there was no staff at reception. We found a cockroach in our room, again had to wait until the morning to inform staff because no one was at reception. When I told the staff all they said was it came from outside, but it didn't as we didn't open the windows.
