The restaurant staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was very good. The room service was terrible. Every day for a week I had to go down and get towels for the next day. For the entire week, I only had room service one day. I finally started throwing my dirty towels and garbage out in the hallway. Upon arrival, the ironing board was broken and in pieces. I had to bring it down myself. The next ironing board was broken as well, but I was able to fix it enough to use for the remainder of my stay.

I had no issues. Everyone was friendly and very polite.

Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Room was humid. Was not provided extra towels per request despite request being approved. However, room was clean and shower was clean. Felt secure in room. Cleanliness was great.

The room was clean and check in and out were super fast and easy. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast lacked flavor but that's most hotels usually.

The room was large and had good amenities. The young lady that checked us in was on a phone call and not very informative. We had to pry answers from her because of her being on the phone.

Bed was comfy Additional charges we didn’t know about, breakfast wasn’t included. Pool closed at 9pm and didn’t open until 10

They said Breakfast was not included with my check in The room service was not good at all, we also seen house keeping and ask them to clean our room , they took the room number down and still didn’t do it , we came back that evening saw 2 more ask them they said they would and did not do it ether, we ask for room to be cleaned, Beds made, Garbage emptied and Fresh Towels and they didn’t do it, We reported it to Hotel Desk Clerk, she apologized and gave us Towels but room still needed cleaning, She said they were short staffed but the House Keepers were on our floor cleaning Rooms so that’s unacceptable, NOT GOOD AT ALL.
