We wanted to be just close enough to Nashville where we could drive in and be a part of the action- but have a hotel that was close to other things as well and this hit the mark. No sketchy people hanging around - felt safe for 2 lady travelers. The property needs some help. The carpet was in really bad shape- stained and the walls were beat up pretty badly. There are NO exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the shower had mold growth and could tell it had been poorly caulked over multiple times. The room smelled weird- damp. Had some mold growth starting on the ac unit. We cleaned and attached some air freshener meant for cars to help. Had missing bedside lamps so there was no light there and big hole in the wall. The beds were just very meh. Not as comfortable as a usual Hilton. If this property had some renovations it could be 8-10 but for all reason except the great staff and the location- I give a 6

Nice location. Not as clean as it could be. Finding parking was difficult. And why did I need to pay an extra 15 dollars for incidentals when checking in?

The only thing I did not like was that the indoor pool area there was no towels available and the water was very dirty with trash and hair and other objects floating around from the night before because it was pretty early in the day that we tried to go but changed our minds after seeing this.

location is great breakfast was good good parking all looked very nice messing up my prebooked room ( booked 3 months before ) and said nothing to me at all until i arrived put me in a smaller room that is way to small someone else's money must have been worth more than mine cleaning the rooms was a little problem too for a while

Easy check in, room was clean, entire hotel site felt safe. We had our two cats with us - the room was set up really well for them. Greatly appreciated the bed with the solid platform that they couldn't get under.

The location was close to where the family lives and was easy to get to the freeway. The front desk was very accommodating in moving us up to another floor. We were put on the ground floor and I asked if we can move up to a different floor and we were moved up without any hesitation. We enjoyed our stay including the complimentary breakfast. No complimentary bottle water in the room. We didn't mind buying our bottle water but was surprised none was in the room.

Rooms was very clean and the staff was friendly

Great location. Friendly staff. Shower was covered in mold. Mattress had multiple areas where the springs were poking through. The AC only worked 1/2 of the time. Coffee maker had mold inside of it that spit into the cup when it first started brewing.

Breakfast was really good, hotel seems a bit dated, bathroom was extremely small. Aside from that, really glad to see a fridge in the room and a full sink with glasses, silverware, etc.

Kayla was awesome. So sweet and helped us check in. Breakfast was amazing best breakfast bar I have had ever! The gentleman at the desk at checkout was super nice too. I would definitely stay again.
