It’s a very nice place to stay very clean nice breakfast easy to get in and out of

Location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter who lived 5 minutes away. Breakfast was a little lack luster. we had stayed here last year and had really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches, but this year they did not offer them.

Convent location, clean comfortable

I had to switch rooms due to cleanliness and broken fixtures.

The breakfast is good. The staff was helpful and we had everything that we needed. It is very close to Nashville Shores and there were several stores right there in the same parking lot basically. There was the situation of having a broken elevator and there were a couple of cleanliness issues that we noticed, but they weren’t dealbreakers

The House keeping sucks!
-
We ended up having to change hotels due to the rooms smelling like dirty dog and the room having dirty bedding covered in brown spots/stains and dog hair. This is absolutely unacceptable
-
Breakfast was very poor for the price of the stay

The bar/restaurant never opened in the three nights of my stay. I was counting on this whe reservations were made.
-
Yes, the room was what I paid for, I was told I didn't choose the right option and that they didn't have any more rooms available for what I was expecting. Also, air conditioning unit was so loud It was virtually impossible to sleep. Hair in the shower.

The restaurant and bar were never open during the three nights that I stayed.

Nothing. It was a terrible experience. I got there at check in time with my two dogs annd two toddlers and a bus showed up. It took more than 1.5 hours to check in to which they told me and the rest of us they sold all the rooms even ours with reservations. The floor was filthy in the common waiting area. They comped rooms for us at a nearby holiday but it didn’t take dogs so it didn’t help me. Then they ‘found’ a room for me in the hotel and I went in and saw the filth- hair IN THE BEDS, floor had not been vacuumed. I left. I have little kids. And I had tons scramble to find something else. I will never again use them or holiday in

Good Restaurant was closed. No coffee in room. Bottles for shampoo etc were not filled up. Phone did not work. Refrigerator was not cold.
