Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

Location of property. The room had dirty dishes in the cabinets. The pool was cloudy and things floating in it. I went to the front desk and asked for a frying pan 2 hours later i got one and it was burnt I could not use it. Also When they left the room they did not shut the door.

Everything was great, very useful for handicap accessibility. Thank you.

First I have to thank the front desk staff! They have made this trip one of the most amazing experiences we have ever encountered while traveling. Traveling from NC we made it to NJ at 9am and the women at the front desk Vanessa at that time noticed we had a long travel and she got us in a room immediately, which we were soooo thankful for. We did not have to wait till check in time we were legit walking in our room within 5 mins of being on the property. Once in our room it was very clean and comfortable! We had no complaints at all! The night before checkout we stooped back at the front desk to inquire about late check out and the guy at the desk at the time Stephon was able to offer late check out till 4pm. Once again fast and smooth service and we sooooo appreciated this! Thank you again for everything!

Everything was nice and clean beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple. Would definitely come back and stay again. The pool was nice. The only complaint I have about the property is the toilet seat. The toilets are too low to the ground. We suggest some high boys, especially for seniors visiting the property. I felt like I was almost down to the floor. it was very uncomfortable trying to get up off of the toilet.

Everything was perfect even down to Breakfast also pool area! Beds were comfortable, Room was very clean and spacious.

Cannot purchase snacks with cash, irritating. The HVAC sounded like a rocket ship. The only way to get the noise to stop was to turn it off and could not turn down the fan to make it quieter. The sausage in breakfast was over cooked from the day before and cool, not hot. There was stale sliced bread for breakfast, no muffing, no bagels. Almost forgot, the ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor. Lastly there was a surprise $100 incidental charge at check in??? How long before I get that back? Or will I have to fight to get that $100 returned??

Great stay , clean room friendly satff

The room was clean and having a full sized fridge as great for refreezing our cooler ice blocks. Breakfast was fine. Standard stuff.

Staff was very helpful. Good option if you’re on a budget.

The breakfast potatoes were delicious. My compliments to the cook. The room was a good size. The elevator was out of order.

We were scared when this happen No explanation just fell apart. Thank God kids weren't in this room..

It was clean and a good place to stay. But it took like half hour before the front desk came back for us to check in.

Over all the hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was wonderful

The room could have been cleaned better , the shower door was a bit dirty. It would be nice to have more trash bags accessible in the room. The elevator makes a lot of noise when operating . The pool is nice but I wish they kept it open longer for adults , or close it early for children , hard to enjoy it sometimes with so many kids in there
