Comfort Inn & Suites Patriots Point

The room and facility was nicely cooled, rooms and bathrooms were greatly sized and worked very well!

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always great. The best part is the breakfast. It’s a FULL breakfast and delicious. We’ve never had issues with anything at this property.

High Point was breakfast. I was told the lady that does breakfast has been doing this for 30 years, talked to a gentleman has been staying for 20 years, she has been there. He called her Miss Neisy?? Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had and Miss Neisy is fun to watch and listen too. Will stay again for her and the breakfast. I think she makes the biscuits, wow were they good.

Staff was terrible and rude! Front desk lady was very rude to the customer ahead of me and was annoyed when I asked her to add my choice number!! Unacceptable. In the morning on fathers day food ran out before 9:30. No coffee. She was snapping at customers and asking for tips! Ridiculous

It was convenient to areas of interest and easy to maneuver to other places. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location All three rooms we tried smelled like mold. Ran into another couple and they were having the same problem. We finally settled on a room on the 1st floor. Would not recommend.

This is a pleasant hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. We had a little trouble adjusting our air conditioner and they came and helped us right away. The breakfast was great--many delicious items to choose from. The pool had a sign on it from a county agency that there was no swimming allowed--not sure why. It looked okay and the desk person never gave any warning about it. Some of the furnishings were older and worn, but we had everything we needed. The location was great--very convenient to many fun attractions!

Friendly staff, clean, and breakfast was awesome

I have stayed in a number of Comfort inns. This one was okay. The room was generally clean. Gym was simple and well used. Could have done with a cycling machine. Staff were nice enough to talk to and would offer assistance once asked. The wonderful Chef that served breakfast was enthusiastic and talkative creating a general friendly environment in the morning. The bed was comfortable and room a great size. The location was excellent for Patriots Point very walkable which I would thoroughly encourage. However getting to Charleston definitely requires a car or $25 Uber. Parking was great in terms of location. Expect it to get busy throughout the evening. It was obvious some TLC could be used on the doors and general maintenance of the property, especially the doors, elevator and carpet. But the room was pleasant.

Great place to stay to be out of the busier areas, but close enough for a quick drive!
