Air conditioner in the room was noisy, made knocking, clanking noises all night but everything thing else was excellent! Clean room, helpful, friendly staff!

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, owners keep fresh cookies out for a random snack. Amazing location, right by USS Yorktown/fort ferry pick up/15 minutes to the beachfront. Right off the bridge as well, 5 min to downtown area across the monstrous bridge. Room was clean but not perfect. Some stuff on walls, musty smell as well but air freshener did help. Coffee for Breakfast was not good, and no personal coffee pots in the room. Was not happy about going out for a coffee every morning.

Musty smell throughout the hotel. Bathroom shower had some mold. Beds very firm and pillows were flat. Small rooms. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Staff was very friendly but that's about the only redeeming quality here. Would not stay there again.

The hot water in the shower was barely warm. Didn't feel like that was a great shower. I enjoy hot showers not like warm. This was sad to me.
