Quality Inn Mt. Pleasant - Charleston

I stayed at three Quality Inns during my brief trip Southeast. This one was down the best of the bunch. The front desk staff was so friendly, helpful, professional. The breakfast DIY buffet was awesome.

Easy check-in. Brittney at the front desk was very helpful. We had concerns about some of the charges that were popping up on our account and she explained everything very well. Room was very clean. We did see a lot of tiny gnats and alerted the front desk before we checked out. Probably coming from the drain but they did not cause us any discomfort. The beds are full size so a little small but very comfortable. Overall we were happy with our one night stay and would definitely stay here again. Affordable, clean, and comfortable.

Have not recieved rewards points for last 2 stays. I will NOT be staying at this location in the future.

Clean budget friendly hotel with a hot breakfast that had lots of options each morning. Staff welcoming and friendly. Lots of shaded areas to park. Pool was open and well maintained. Even had some pool toys for the kids. Hotel conveniently located near shopping and attractions. Will definitely stay at property again when in the area

Good hotel

There was the smell of mold in the room and the sheets had hair in them. The hotel was truly beautiful though. 4 star.

Coffee machine was provided with no instructions to use. Just a basic room, to sleep. Bed was comfy though.

The facilities were partially updated with most things in working order, and the rooms were clean. Good, hot breakfast. This is something that I look for when getting a hotel for my “on-the-go” family. The staff was also exceptionally helpful. All around good hotel for a budget price close to all the things we wanted to do in the Charleston area.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, all of them, were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The location was very good, it was centrally located to local attractions. My only negative observations are very minor. The keys for the doors seemed to be a constant issue and I had to have them reprogrammed at least twice. Not a big deal at all, just a minor nuisance. In one of our rooms the toilet didn't flush properly and constantly ran as if it was still trying to fill. Again, not a big deal. To close on a positive note, the breakfast was amazing, we did not expect that and it was a pleasant surprise.

I love it, it’s a good place for stay

Rooms were clean, but dated and did not look like the rooms on the website. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond satisfactory with various hot options available. The young lady handling the breakfast crowd did a superb job! Check-out was smooth and young lady was friendly.

beds were horrible and small. paint peeling throughout, washing machine area had garbage on floor washing machine and dryer looked dirty and disgusting

We were greeted by Swantelle Jones and I have never felt so special as I did when she asked if we wanted a hotdog or some chips or a soda! That was the sweetest thing that has happened to us heading into a hotel that we have had happened in a long long time! She was a delight and a wonderful representation of what a great day we had at your hotel. We will definitely stay here again. It was wonderful.

I was charged $284 for a room that was listed for $184. Was charged double for the $50 holding fee, tried to get it sorted out but was just told it was normal and it would get charged back to my account. Unfortunately trying to explain what happened and not being listened to soured my stay.

Great value for the price. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast and close to lots of activities.
