The staff was very helpful especially during unexpected changes to our stay. Appreciate GM Jennifer Moody for her attention and care.

Bathroom was dirty. The bed was lumpy and so soft you sunk into the mattress. We had housekeeping open our room at 7:30AM on day of check out. People were running up and down the hall at all hours and our room over looked the pool and people were out there well past 11PM talking and screaming. I would’ve had better sleep in my car.

Check-in was fine and the room was in good condition. Check-in staff was pleasant. Our checkout was not so great. Breakfast was advertised on the weekends both online and on a sign posted in the lobby for 6 AM to 10 AM but they closed everything down at 9:30 AM. We got down there at 9:33 AM and no breakfast for us so we had to go out to get breakfast and missed being able to use the pool before we left because of it. Very disappointing.

Check in was terrible. Booked through Expedia and paid in full, upon arrival was informed Expedia provided “bad card” and we needed to pay out of pocket. Called Expedia and was given a phone number for front desk attendant to call, attended refused to call, so I called and put them on speaker front desk attendant continued to walk off during call when they were asking questions. Long story short the hotel had entered the card number incorrectly. R Patel customer service was horrendous, he needs additional training or a different career path.

We stayed for 1 night while visiting Charleston. Very good location for getting in and out of the city. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Cameron at the main desk was very courteous and helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Charleston.

Clean front desk was awesome friendly Kitchen staff was super rude ran out of breakfast before breakfast time was over and they didn’t seem to care people were going without

The breakfast was average compared to other continental breakfast I've experienced. There was not many items to choose from. It was better than nothing I suppose. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome.

The room was large enough They changed the breakfast hours that's why our travel lacrosse team stayed there .it was from 6 am to 9 am so we had to be at the fields at 7am ,then they changed itbtob6:30,and our kids went without breakfast. Also new owners started charging for parking i will never book them again or with booking.

This hotel is always our choice location. Not only is the accommodations excellent, but the price is always great!

Clean room and staff was great

There was no cold or atleast cool water in the room. Sink had very warm water on the cold. Shower was hot on the coldest setting.

That the doors are outside and anyone can walk up to your door with no security or oversight.

Great location Pool wasn’t swim able elevator was down sticky floors and just Yuk.

I did not eat breakfast there because it was provided at the conference. From what I observed they had the basics: sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, grits, yogurt, and sweet pastries (i.e. muffins and danishes). Parking is free and is shared with a restaurant next door. The room and bathroom were clean. I did see a stray hair here or there BUT fine hair sheds and it was just 2-3 strands I found. But the room was comfy and suited my needs.
