Sleep Inn Mt. Pleasant - Charleston

It was a good experience. There was just not enough storage room in the room since it was a smaller room.

I booked a non smoking room and the room I received noticeably had been smoked in. There was a long hair visibly located in the shower which did not create a secure sense of cleanliness. The shower door did not close properly so when taking a shower water would spray over the floor. The hair dryer and ironing board were both broken and the lotion was empty. 2 of the female front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however, the 3 male front desk staff did not have that same warmth which did not create a welcoming stay. On the positive side, Joseph the breakfast manager was wonderful, kind, friendly, personable and welcoming. It was also helpful to a laundry facility on site. I would not recommend a stay here to others based on the above and due to the lack of customer service. Both hotels.com and I reached out to the General Manager with no reply. This hotel was not worth the money and I would not book it again.

The hotel was very clean and pet friendly. If you need something they were there to help you. Joseph that was over the breakfast, He was very friendly and never meet a stranger, Food was good and he keep the area very clean. Lady at the front desk can't remember her name she worked 2 jobs and still stayed very friendly and nice, when we check out she had to meet our dog, Good location.

The sliding bathroom door was incredibly annoying because it was very difficult to open and close. The bathroom's layout was also poor, with the door facing directly toward the beds.

Continental beakfast, coffee in room, secure doors (interior). Comfy king bed/ TV--not great offerings, difficult to find/change channels.

We had a really nice stay and the breakfast was awesome. Our room was clean and comfortable The only thing that was not clean was the back stairwell we used to go out to the pool. We didn't use the pool because it was pretty small and there was lot of people already there. Great value and location.

I had a delightful stay. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served by cute Joseph, who welcomed all of us with enthusiasm and pride. A very enjoyable stay.

Room was nice, the pool shaded by trees was much fun, receptionist was kind, breakfast was good and we really liked the person in charge of breakfast who was sweet Coming back from the city center at night, the parking lot was packed and truck drivers took many spots so there was no real spot to park. The receptionist was nice but we still had to park on a non-parking space.
