Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant by IHG

Very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the pool area was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The staff was extremely pleasant! Room, pool and gym were Beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and staff very nice. Pool are was also very nice but closes at 11pm. I didn't love that there was not a mini fridge and we had a fairly loud AC.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast twice and it was good. Staff was nice and respectful. Friday we did dinner outside to listen to the music food was great. The bartenders were busy but very attentive and made great drinks. Overall the stay was excellent.

Very nice and clean hotel. A few adjustments for seniors would be great. Higher toulet seats and better railings for pool.

Our overall experience was great. However, the cleaning staff appeared to be overwhelmed. They were very nice but we didn’t get our room cleaned as often as we would have liked.

Hotel Indigo is lovely, clean, and conveniently located. My only complaint is the water temperature in the shower. I took one shower in the evening and another in the morning, and the water never got hotter than kind of warm. I wanted a hot shower, and the water temp was at least 20 degrees cooler than I normally enjoy.

Breakfast at poolside was great.

The hotel is very well located; it's only a 10-minute drive to downtown Charleston. To get to Shem Creek Boat Landing, it's a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk past Patriot Point, which is really nice in the evening when the sun sets. It's also just a 20-minute drive to Isle of Palms, which has a really beautiful beach, but during vacation season, you shouldn't arrive later than 9 a.m., as it gets difficult to find a parking spot afterward. The breakfast was really good, but even though we had booked with breakfast, we had to pay for it.

The breakfast at the restaurant was so good! You wouldn’t even know it was hotel food! The staff was so attentive & helpful no matter the time of day or night. They were tidying up the pool area first thing in the morning, we got help with our bags, the complimentary still AND SPARKLING water was my favorite part honestly. 😂 We got our ENTIRE AC unit replaced without having to prove it wasn’t cooling down in our room. Great value & service for what we paid.

It was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and if you needed anything the staff would help you.

It was very clean and had the look and feel of a resort. The restaurant was convenient. Food not too bad. I would stay here again because the location was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo. The heated outdoor pool was great, we mostly enjoyed it in the evening. Everyone was kind and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful and personable, and very good with our 5 year old.
