My children and I stayed here for 2 weeks, it was a fair stay besides on a few things. On the first night, I texted the front desk to tell them one of the lights was out above the bed and said they could come in the morning to take care of it. They misunderstood and sent someone up at 10pm to fix it which I didn’t allow to happen. On our second night when I left a few crumbs on the floor by accident before falling asleep and I woke up to thousands of ants all over the floor and crawling on my bed! I immediately contacted the front desk and they came in and sprayed the room and changed my bedding. Housekeeping would come daily to change the trash cans, make the beds & restock towels. Some days they did not restock the towels and there were times they didn’t change my overflowing trash cans, I had to text the front desk again and they apologized. I did expect a discount or reimbursement of some sort for all of the things I dealt with but that wasn’t the case. Everything besides those incidents were good. The pool was the best part.

Loved the resort-like pool and poolside restaurant. Conveniently located hotel.Delicious breakfast food, but I’d recommend they UP their coffee game to match the quality of their other food and drink. The complimentary water and seltzer lobby dispenser was a nice touch and greatly appreciated on the HOT summer days.

They had a very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was lovely and they had a café that had seating outdoors as well as indoors. It was clean and neat and well maintained.

tub was slippery so afraid to use shower, next time will request ADA room to avoid tub shower

The hotel location was great and convenient to Charleston. It was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly yet could be better informed to offer suggestions for dinner and other activities but a few tried. Generally satisfied except with room served. Stayed 4 days. 3 nights and room was never cleaned. We set out around 10Am reinforced around 4 or 5 and need and bans were not made/ cleaned. I sent message after 1st day letting them know our schedule and was told it would be cleaned but next day the same thing. It was nearly six when they came to check but we were getting ready for dinner so just got towels again. There were no door tags for room service only do not disturb which we did not use. That said, I'd go back and just be sure to ask for room service.

It was very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom Microwave was only near the registration, on the ground floor, not in the room

Wonderful!!! Highly recommend! The staff were polite, patient & very helpful. The accomodations were clean, and spacious. Very pleased with our stay.

Hotel indigo was fantastic. 10 minutes from everything. Staff was great. Pool was a game changer

Nice hotel central to beach and old town Charleston. Kids loved the pool.

The location was very convenient to almost everything. The rooms we very comfortable and clean. The pool area was very crowded and the water was not cool at all.

Very welcoming staff and grounds! Pool area is beautiful…only disappointment was seeing folks in wet bathing suits & bare feet walking through the bar while we were enjoying a cocktail.

Basic room No microwave, over price

Pool stayed open late, only 1 microwave in entire hotel which is in lobby! For some reason their internet purposely keeps you from using smart features on TV. All around though it's a nice hotel that's located perfectly.
