Clean room, easy and safe parking, free breakfast.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Castro street restaurants close by. (A few blocks) Fairly close to Shoreline Amphitheater. Breakfast was good.

The location was perfect for going to a concert at Shoreline. We enjoyed the quiet room and the breakfast in the morning. The facility was clean and well maintained. The bed was very uncomfortable and not enough towels were provided.

Breakfast selection very good and tasty. Patking for handicapped good and location to shoreline amphitheater was perfect. Price was excellent too!

Only issue was with the thermostat off, the air conditioning still came on in the middle of the night. Other than that, very nice place.

We arrived considerably ahead of check-in time. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and exceptionally helpful in getting our rooms ready.

I like how modern and thoughtful this Hotel is, and the staff as well, they are very nice especially the front desk worker Johnny, he goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are satisfied and to make sure all customers are well taken care of. Johnny from Mountain View was really nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very good, and location as it was 5 min away from the Caltrain and the numerous eateries on Castro street. Couldn't have been more pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room. Quite pleased for the price!!

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and i like that the parking lot has an elevator that can take you to your room floor!
