Love this hotel. It’s the third hotel I’ve stayed at in Palo Alto /Mountain View (also Hyatt centric and Shashai) Ameswell is my fave (shashai close second). The Ameswell fells less like a business hotel and more like a resort. The rooms are large and spotless, massive tv, comfy bed. Gym and pool great. Staff friendly and helpful. Good vibes. Will be back again.

This was our first time staying at the ameswell hotel , and we absolutely loved it. From the staff to the amenities and overall decor of the hotel . I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know . We will definitely be coming back for sure .

Hotel looked brand new, super clean, and tucked inside what felt like cozy isolation. The only thing was that our room requests took quite a while: a microwave, as well as ice machine service. A while was like 30+ mins. I had to call back to follow up on these things and then they fulfilled the services. Other than that, the place was great. Food is a little pricey but expected because of the location.

Our family loves staying at the Ameswell..........the location is great for attending activities in San Jose. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds surrounding the hotel are lovely, including the Airstream bar, the seating areas, and the pool. We will NEVER stay anywhere else in San Jose.

A challenged location for views, so lots of views of freeways. But the windows are remarkably sound proof, the hotel is spotless, and the staff is well trained. Food is very good although for me, the wait staff were not attentive.
