I hate to say this but, if you’ve ever watched the show Catfish, you can see where this is going. The property has multiple buildings and my wife and I got the one I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. I’m sure the main building is fine but where we ended up, wasn’t to any standard, not even a hostel. I booked a new hotel the night we checked in. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty room.

We love everything in the Blue pearl. All the things you need is nearby the hotel. Friendly staff!? They always make up the room and replenish their complimentary drinks. Room is spacious and giving the nautical vibe of the hotel. We end up extending our stay here. None.

The room did not have enough ventilation. Our window looked at the reception, so the curtains were close all the time. The clothe was wet all the time because of the humidity.

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Pearl Kata Hotel. The most affordable rooms are located in a building behind the main one, and overall, the room was comfortable. The best part is definitely the location – right in front of the Kata beach night market and very close to the beach itself. During our stay, the room made some cracking noises at night from the building structure, which made it a bit harder to sleep. The air conditioner also didn’t regulate the temperature very well.

We liked The Blue Pearl Kata as all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. The hotel is very well located right in the Kata Night Market and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool has a brown scum on the waterline and could have done with a daily clean.

Nice clean, comfortable room. Lots of space. Daily cleaning and water. The location is good and bad, good part is its in the heart of Kata Walking Street, which has great food and drinks at great prices. It has a pool, which is great, but there are multiple locations and only the main building where reception is has the pool, so you have to walk down the street to use it if you're in another building. No elevator, so had to haul luggage up and down 3 floors. As well as go up and down every time you want to go anywhere. The location is good and bad, the bad is; it's right in the heart of the market, therefore VERY noisy until about midnight, 7 days a week. So if you go to bed before midnight, bring some ear plugs.

We stayed in Thailand and booked two rooms. They were spacious and had a balcony. The hotel has several blocks, but the one we booked had no elevator. However, that wasn’t a problem since the staff helped us with our luggage. The hotel was located near the beach—just a 7-minute walk, which was amazing! They provide beach towels that you can take with you, but you need to return them at the end of the day. The location was also great, near the night market and bars. However, it wasn’t an issue because the night market closes at 11 PM, so there was no noise. You might hear a little music from the bars, but it’s not a real problem. There are also many markets nearby and two 7-Eleven stores, where you can buy everything you need—from food to medicine, creams, shampoo, and more. Moreover, the staff was really helpful and always smiling. They were available whenever we needed them and quickly solved any problems. The only negative thing is that the shower had no door to close, and the sinks drained very slowly, taking a long time for the water to go down.

Nothing liked, it was nothing like the representation that you portray. We have video footage and a complaint to register with you after our holiday. Everything. It was a complete dump with an endless list of dissatisfaction.
