Exceptionally good communication with the staff. Great value for money. The hotel is a few steps from the public transport stations. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Location and room layout are perfect. Transports are just around the corner. We park ed our car just in front of the hotel for free. There is a lovely biergarten just outside the hotel as well as a chemists and 2 supermarkets. Upon arrival it was explained to us that the room is cleaned every 3 days and if we’d like additional cleaning it’d be free of charge. We support and embrace the cost and sustainability effort and we did not request it. However, the room was not cleaned after 3 days (we stayed 4 nights). We did not spend time in the room during the day, but at least vacuum clean it every day would be better.

It was very clean! Easy checkin and nice staff! The bathroom sink was clogged, but it was taken care of immediately by the cleaning staff. Would recommend :)

I liked the location - really close to the Ubahn that takes you to the center in just a few stops The room appears clean at first, but it is actually very dusty, hair under the bed, dirty windows. The breakfast is so-so, nothing special.

Rooms were fine if a bit cramped. Breakfast was fine until the incident. HOWEVER, we found a cockroach in our room. Then the next morning, a cockroach flew onto my daughter-in-law's breakfast plate. She was traumatized. We all lost our appetites at that point. The property needs to take care of the cockroach issue.

It was cozy and clean. The location was good. We liked staying here. Everything was great. I dont know if its worth the money. It can be a little cheaper because it doesn't have a refrigerator or kettle or anything like these. İt would be better if there is a small refrigerator and tea or coffee maker.

Very good value for money! The room and the common parts were clean and very comfortable, has everything you need. Very good service. The size of the room is small, but still very well organised. The hotel is on a noisy street.
