The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. For tourists, the location is a boon as the underground metro is just a hop away. You also have the bus and tram network in walking distance.

Supermarket around the corner of the hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel, Underground rail about 50 metres from the hotel to take you to the centre of the city. Comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Nice big shower and very clean. I got charged for my stay twice but was sorted without any fuss. No safe in the room.

Ideal location for trains and trams! Great variety for breakfast! Nothing really! Glasses available at reception but no drinking water unless you purchased from the vending machine or bar!

the rooms were bigger than Paris IBIS rooms and we had space where to lay two big suitcases. The location had good transport connections, metro and bus, we travelled for BTS concert at Allianz Arena, so the transport connection was important. The lobby has comfortable sofas, beer and coffee could be ordered anytime The sensors of the elevators were not functioning properly - we had two events - on one of the days the door hit my daughter when she was entering, the next day the other elevator door hit me, I was holding a cup of hot tea and the hit splashed the hot water over my hand and I was scalded. there were no hangers for skirts - good that I carry mine.
