The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a good location, within walking distance of Munich’s city center and many attractions. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had several questions during our visit, and they always went above and beyond to assist us with excellent recommendations and support.

The day was incredibly hot, and we arrived late with the need to immediately run off to another event. The front desk staff saw that I was sweating and immediately went and got me an ice cold bottle of water. It really improved my mood! The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable. My wife commented that I didn’t even move during the night. Also, the air-conditioning was very cold. On a day of record heat, we greatly appreciated it.

nothing, all very good
-
our room’s floor was full of hair and dirt, there was hair on the beds too

Area around the hotel seemed a bit crowded and sketchy but we didn't have any problems.

Very disappointing experience. There was noise all night, . The receptionist was not welcoming and initially refused both early check-in and luggage storage, despite my flight arriving at 10:00 AM. After some discussion, I was allowed to check in at 12:00 PM and store my luggage securely. The large billboard at the entrance and the constant police movement were also uncomfortable and embarrassing also There is a large (cabaret) sign at the entrance of the hotel, and mainly all street is cabarets which I didn’t like.

Clean, excellent location, friendly staff
-
No coffee maker, shower door wouldn’t close and lots of water on the floor. Not fond of the glass walls in the bathroom

The hotel was conveniently located very close to Munich Central Station, which made it extremely easy to get around the city and travel in and out. The check-in process was smooth, and early check-in was accommodated without much hassle, which was helpful after a long journey. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Overall, it was a practical and hassle-free stay, especially suited for short visits.

Good hotel, easy walk from train station, great local Italian restaurant (MIA trattoria and bar). Easy walk into old town. Onsite reception always staffed and friendly. Some strange cables coming from floor in room, fridge stopped working last night there (lost some good Italian left overs!). Local area felt a bit sketchy but was safe enough.

Overall the hotel was excellent. However, on several nights there was a problem with street noise. Groups of people were on the street until the early hours talking loudly. This impacted sleep.
