Hotel Präsident

I liked the cleanliness and design of the room. The location is great, located close to attractions and the train station. The staff were super friendly! The room and bathroom are much smaller and different-looking than advertised online.

The location was great near the centre of the city and the station but the immediate surrounding area was not the nicest area I have stayed in in Germany. Found a nice Bakery a street away which was more removed from this and pleasant to sit out at. the immediate vicinity of the hotel, a lot of hustle and a few beggars about.

The air conditioning in the room not working at all. Very uncomfortable.to sleep. Rest all ok No shampoos provided in the room.

The location was within walking distance to the "old town". The air conditioning and the small size of the room. The MINIMUM setting was 20 degrees C and the fan speed was very slow. 20 is fine in the middle of winter but not in late June. We were only able to open the window when the temp was cooler than in the room - approx 01:00 am! We could not stay another night.

There was no fan in the bathroom, so it was a bit tricky to let the fresh air in after the shower.

Good location. Clean. Good value Air conditioning was a little weak. The room was cool but didn’t really blow out air.

All things are fine only AC was not changing the temperature

The staff are very friendly and really helpful. The coffee machine in the reception for making espresso 24 hours a day.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable, specially the bed. Everything was so nice and they even had coffee for you to enjoy at anytime. Close to Marienplatz and their surroundings. I will definitely comeback to this hotel. The only thing was the one block right before the hotel,but still safe.

Close to city center Noise late late at night

Very friendly and welcoming staff who did everything to make our stay very pleasant. Free coffee downstairs is a nice touch. Very close to the old town and hotel was easy to find. everything in good working order, good water pressure in shower. Very quiet. They looked after our luggage after check out. Decor is dated but nothing is broken at least. The bed was far too soft and bouncy. Lumpy pillows and bedding which seemed quite old. Also the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed left a very uncomfortable gap in the middle. Price of the room seemed a little bit too high for such an uncomfortable bed.

The location was fine. Close to the city. The noise surrounding the hotel was horrible. You could hear people yelling and cars driving by through the windows.

The location is really good, very close to many tourist attractions. The staff is friendly. The breakfast included in the price is quite good and tasty.
