Hotel Royal

Breakfast was very basic — bread, cheese, salami, cake, cereal, honey and jam. You're better off spending €5 at a local place and eating properly. Beds and bathrooms were mediocre. The location is poor: the hotel is in a rough neighbourhood surrounded by strip clubs, so the area feels unpleasant and I couldn't even open the window without smells drifting in. Wifi was good but sometimes unreliable.

This might have been the noisiest hotel experience I've ever had. The street below the hotel and loud was quiet during the day, but at night, there was constant noise and it made it hard to sleep.

Good thing that there is a breakfast but no veggies available, like none, bread, cheese, ham, and cereals, that’s all

The Asian receptionist This is the worst hotel I have ever booked through Booking.com. There was no parking available, and the lift was out of order. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, featuring mould and dirt on the walls Room Nr.55 . Furthermore, the bathroom was unhygienic, no Ventil circulation. No Air condition and the television was not working. To conclude, the lady serving breakfast was completely unfriendly.

Hotel location is not far from Munich Main Station. You will find many restaurants and convenient shops. Located at the night life area where you will here many argues on the street and loud people. We stay in summer so we need to sleep with window open, it’s not easy to have a good sleep.

The reception area was modernized. Still needs a lot of renovation. But the coffee machine was good It's entrance was in between two erotica facilities so it would have a line of men waiting to get in It did not feel safe after certain hours. Did not like the elevator too small. And the parking arrangement garage has many homeless.

Lift is not working

Great Location and proximity to central station. Around 15 mins walk to Marienplatz. Lot of restaurants around. Very basic rooms and there is no AC. But they do give a fan. The location for some can be overwhelming due to nights clubs and bars around. It's absolutely safe and nothing to worry. Just use your common sense and it's all fine. I walked at 12am from Marienplatz to the hotel and faced zero issues.

This site has been severely underrated. The staff were great, the room was clean & comfortable, the location was great! Easy access to trains & old town. I can’t fault this place.

I booked another apartment online and paid the amount they requested. When I arrived there, they told me that I had booked a different apartment and gave me another one, not the one I had paid for. This is not correct.

I was completly surprised when we came in this hotel 4 hours earlier before check-ing and we kindly ask the receptionist if we can put our bags (40x30x20) in the luggage room. We have been so surprised when she ask 6 euro per luggage for that servise (12 euro total) no matter then we will be the guests in the same hotel 4 hours latter. Very dissapointing :((((

BUT in our room #60 toilet flush was not strong enough and each time we had to use toilet brush to clean it!!!! Also the toilet door was not in good conditions!! Can't get locked !! Also the hair dryer was out of order. Bed was nice but according to our size it was kind a small.

The shower drain was clogged, the toilet was leaking, and it took about 5 minutes for water to heat up. The breakfast is good for being included in the price.

location. everything was ok but not great. was just reminded of 6 Euro to leave bag In may case a very small bag. there is a first time for everything. Have stayed in about 150 hotels.

Great location and very decent breakfast options. The night staff - particularly Amir - was exceptionally helpful to during check-in. Overall a great experience.

Staff The noise- groups outside the entrance 24/7. Made noise all night and often in the way of the entrance

Nothing. It looks nothing like the photos they show online. The room smelled very gross. The pillow was so stained. The shower had some mold in it. The guests were very loud waking me up all hours of the night at 3-4 am. It was near some strip clubs. The area did not seem very safe but I got a non refundable room so I couldn't afford somewhere else to go. They charge for them to hold your luggage before checking in. They over charged me like 49 euro.

Very property is very old and not good area, specially staff there is one Indian staff, he is very bad, attitude not good, rooms are very small and specially wash room ate too small, breakfast also not so good,every day same items

This is not worth it hotel, like if you need the Iron you should have to go to the reception 4 times and also pay them 10eur deposite securety and then get Iron for press your cloths and you need to give IRON back and then you'll receive 10eur, and very smelly toilets,
