Everything was great. I’ve stayed in the other location of cocoon and this one by far is the best location in Munich. The air conditioner was really good. The room looked exactly as it was on the pictures from the booking and it was extremely spacious for 1 person. There was on the street parking that was inexpensive for overnight stays from 2300-0900 parking was free. Everything was provided in the kitchen and even Nespresso pod machine which was great. Nothing everything was good except maybe put a sign out front so people know where the entrance to the building is. But that’s nothing to really do with the property

Really good areas to relax room very clean good standard everything you need and more There was very little in the hotel for food and drink outside of the bakery hours the mini market was broken and the bar had a few sold out choices.

Excellent stay in München. Conveniently located near Theresenwiese, the hotel is really cosy and welcoming. Friendly staff is efficient for check-in and check-out and once you get the keys to your room you're pretty much at home. Direct access to your floor with the card, lobby is still accessible for a glass of fresh water if you want. The bed is excellent and we could rest properly after walking all day through München. U-bahn is 10-15 mins away by foot in a quiet residential area so you won't have to worry about transportation. We had a room with a kitchenette which proved useful to cook some quick meal should you not want to eat in town. All in all a good stay in München Absolutely nothing - maybe the card box hard to find in the garage ? But bringing back the card to the host in the lobby after parking just outside fixed it without issue
