Bold Hotel München Zentrum

The room was good with a nice balcony and view. :) The bathroom was a bit too small it felt like but it was clean. The wifi was not very strong in our room so i couldn't use it consistently.

And the breakfast was a study in variety The lift was broken, but it presented only a small problem. We could use it for our baggage

Spacious room. Location was good for our needs. Also half an hour walk from old town, which was nice. Some nice local restaurant within few minutes walk. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Although there was a small fan in the room and it was OK. Mold on the bathroom wall behind the door. We had to change rooms. Spring mattress which was too hard and uncomfortable for me.

Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, and useful kitchenette appliances with an induction stovetop. Quite noisy on the main street with the window open. The elevator was out of order.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Overlooked the nice courtyard in back. Hallways in the back building were very dark.

Wifi and Cleanliness

Staff were brilliant. The lift wasn't working and I was on the 7th floor in crutches.... because the place was full they offered to take my luggage up and gave me free parking in the garage underneath. Location is okay. View from my room brilliant. Apparently, you have to book breakfast the night before. Not cool. There is always room for 1. So just walk across the road. Great coffee there

The hotel upon arrival really didn't seem to be very clean. There were still leftover cigarettes in the ash tray and we saw a rat in the dining area of the lobby (which doesn't help with the cleanliness rating of this place). We asked reception to clean the room and all they did was fold our sheets as opposed to change them.

I had some concerns about safety during my stay. When I returned to the hotel at night, there was a person sleeping or passed out in the corridors. It also seemed very easy for someone who was not staying at the hotel to enter the building. There were also occasional fights and noise late at night, which made me feel a bit unsafe.

It was basic, so there were not a lot of extra amenities (no fridge, microwave, or coffeemaker) but it was great for our needs.

Location was amazing. Room very clean, shower was excellent. Americans typically find wash cloths with their bathroom linens.

If you are looking for just a place to sleep then this place is fine. But I found the rooms not the cleanest. No AC, which was stated in their advertisement, but I wasn’t expecting to be sweating every night when I was sleeping. The ‘deck’ was dirty with old cigarette butts. Just overall not any place I would go back to.

The room was really big. There was also a big balcony but was too cold so there was no need to go outside. It was also warm. The day of the departure, someone knock on someone door at 6h30 that woke me up. I don't know if it was my room or someone else as the doors were close to each other and I could hear from the hallway. I got really scared. After that I heard a lot of footsteps. Then at 8h-ish the housekeeper were vacuuming in the hallway so that woke me up again. I was hoping to get some sleep for my last day in Munich but I couldn't with those noise. The bathroom was ok but there were hair in the manhole (dont know the name sorry).
