Very quiet yet close to everything One could hit your head on tv getting into bed

It was clean with multiple places to lay belongings out on. Shower pressure was great and water hot. The WiFi did not work the first 2 nights with no explanation or warning from the host. The Wifi worked great the 3rd night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was interestingly similar to many neighborhoods in the United States. As soon as the rougher (if not ghetto) area around the central train station (Hbf) ended, a pleasant, quiet, and orderly neighborhood suddenly appeared. The location was actually quite good, Marienplatz was only about a 20-minute walk away, and other parts of the city were easily accessible as well. The check-in process went smoothly; they answered my call immediately and provided clear instructions, making the arrival process simple and hassle-free. The layout was a bit unusual: in a very tight space, you had the main room, then a mini-hall with flooring raised by about 1.5 inches, and then the bathroom, which dropped down again by about 1.5 inches. If you're not used to it or not paying attention, you could easily stub your toes on the transitions between levels.

the room was comfortable the internet did not reach our room( only works in hallways or rooms closer to the middle of the building)

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to everything and at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Since I had a room on the ground floor, at one night a camping car was parking directly in front of my window. It was so close that it feels like they were just talking through my window into my room.

The rooms were very clean, cozy and warm. The place was very silent, which was very convenient at night because no one disturbed our sleep. The bathroom was always spotless, tidy and neat. The water temperature worked perfect. The girl that welcomed us was very sweet, and I know it might seem like a basic thing, but it was really helpful that the receptionist spoke English. She even said that if we needed anything, we could talk to her at anytime. They have parking and breakfast, but if you want to have that included, you’ll have to pay. For me, it seemed a reasonable amount of money, nothing exaggerated. However, I can’t say how that was, because we chose not to eat breakfast. When we did the check in and entered the room, there were also some drinks for us. 2 blocks away you have the U-bahn station that takes you to Marienplatz in less than 15 minutes.

Good location Most important thing is that they are not sending any instruction for check in after 10PM and in our case they did not respond to our calls also. We booked for two nights and because of this issue we had to spend first night in another hotel and it was stressful on top being extra costly for us. We were able to check in second day and offered threebed room due to compensate for our financial loss.

It’s simple, but very cosy and clean. Feels like home, where you want to come back. Stuff very friendly, very kind, they speak many languages so will be not a problem to understand each other. I really felt like I came to some of my family members, with all this care, which they gave me and my son. Much appreciated ? breakfast great, warm fresh food, different options, for every one. Will definitely choose this hotel again

The location is excellent, and the room itself was exactly what we needed - cozy but practical, with a sofa in addition to the bed, and and wonderful balcony. Communication with the team was great, the heating worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The wifi hardly worked in our room, which was no real issue, but could be problematic for anyone needing to use their laptop while in Munich.

Very good location right near the Oktoberfest. Roxanna who runs the hotel is so sweet and kind. Made us feel right at home. Place was clean. She works very hard and she always would talk with us before we went on our day. The best hotel!

Located near Oktoberfest grounds Shared bathroom, small room

Size of room was good for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Check-in was unconventional. The building was dark, and there wasn't a reception desk. I yelled "hello" and a woman emerged from another room to give us our keys. After check-in, this woman had immediately left the building. I texted her about fans (was unsure if we would need it later while sleeping), and she replied "open the windows" and that she'll be in the next day. Being on the ground floor, it was not comfortable to leave windows open but we did. The following day, she was politely dismissive about the fans and we opted to not bother with the request. Luckily, our stay Munich was chilly and rainy, so excessive heat in the summer was not a problem.

Room was clean and nice, comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast, but we did not have time for this unfortunately. The host was lovely. Decent location, it was quiet but a little far from main town.
