The room was really nice and the staff was wonderful. The location is also great about 20-30 minutes from center by walk.

For the location it wasn’t bad actually somewhat quieter than expected No complaints honestly

Previously I reserved parking through booking and also wrote a direct message to the hotel as I was traveling by car and the only reason why I chose this hotel was of the parking opportunity, and when I got there the staff experience was awful as I was messaging and calling them over an hour and no-one answered so I was just standing there helplessly. After an hour they said I don't have a reservation and I can't park there, even though we had messages about it as well, where they confirmed the reservation. Also in the room they don't even have a small fridge to cool down a water or something and also there isn't any AC in the room, which was very hot.

It was clean and the location was good I could t enter to my room. They didnt send me the code, not answered any of my messages. Nobody was available. And the alivator wasnt working!

The reception is only opened 4 hours. We couldn’t leave our baggage. The walls are dirty. The cleaning isn’t done well.
