The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were using this hotel as the starting and ending point for an extended tour, and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

The room is nicely designed, shower was large. One of the staff members was realy nice and helpful. The A.C. was hardly working, so it was too hot in the room. The curtains were designed poorly so the sunshine woke us too early. The breakfast was small and not so good. The hotel is not so close to the train stations nor to a nice restaurants area.

Incredibly nice room in gorgeous building. Really nice breakfast. Located near 2 subway stations and many bus stops so access to Munich touristy locations was a breeze. Hospitable staff. I would stay here again.
