location, self c/in and out, wifi is good pillow are too thick, no slippers, most of the tv channels are not working, during the day nobody restock refreshments are in the laundry room.

It was close to the central train station. Almost all amenities were in the room. I loved the interior design of the room. Entrance using only code. Shady people from the shop downstairs were a bit too noisy, for a bit too long. No AC in the room (outside was +34 C, inside - probably +28 C). Not very comfortable bed mattresses.

Everything is good
-
Lots of ethnic food options nearby. Walking distance to old town.

The Aircon wasn't working due to maintenance in the building that we didn't know about before staying. It was a little uncomfortable, but because it was a short stay and the room was really good, we didn't mind.

The street some times noise in the morning and the street parking with fines

The location was close to the station but it was noisy. There aren’t air conditioning in the room, so you have to open the window, but the noise of street, the smell of cigarette smoke from street (our room was the first floor) didn’t allow to sleep. It was a great inconvenience. I didn’t recommend to staying here.

The location is perfect, we didn’t see any staff there , it’s clean , their check in , check out hours are strange and according to standards it’s not acceptable, there is no reception or place to leave your baggages if you arrive earlier than their strange check-in hour which is 3:00 PM , and if you want to check in 1 PM , they request you 20 euros extra , overall it’s an acceptable place for sleeping and having a private bathroom Check in , check out hours Not having reception or/and an area for leaving baggage if you arrive earlier than expected

It was very comfortable to check in and out we had an issue with a door that broke and it took like half an hour for someone to fix it

- Location is great - Check in/out without problems - Comfortable bed - Nice tea variety offered in the room - A lot of different lighting scenarios - Big bed - There is a smell in the bathroom that appears only after use. I couldn’t quite figure out whether it comes from the ventilation or the sink pipes. - No real light or fresh air comes into the room. The window is basically a French door leading to some kind of hall, where there is a window in the ceiling. I had to cover it with curtains because I wasn’t sure whether the hall could be accessed by other people. - There is a small kitchen, but I was afraid to use it because there is a sign on the stove saying that using it without an open window could trigger the fire alarm, and I would have to pay for it. Returning to the previous point — there was no real window, so I couldn’t cook. - The booking is non-refundable, but the message about loud construction work happening nearby appears after you have paid for the room. I needed to have a couple of important calls from my room, but I wasn’t sure how loud it would get, so an extra task for the day was finding a place in the city where I could take my calls. - The soap and shampoo dispensers don’t seem to work very well. - The walls in the room are painted, and one of the previous guests left a dirty handprint on the wall just above the bed — not really what I wanted to see. - (This point isn’t a complaint, just a suggestion.) The duvet is filled with down. It’s warm and nice, but I’m allergic to down, which made my stay more complicated. It might be helpful to mention the type of duvet filling used in the rooms, as I’m sure I’m not the only one with this issue.

The building entrance code malfunctioned, leading to a complicated experience.

This place lives up to its claims: clean facility, big comfortable bed/pillows, well-equipped but super compact kitchen (coffee/tea/milk/salt/sugar/oil/waters) with 2 burner stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and pod coffeemaker. The shower was small but had great water pressure and plenty of hot water plus shampoo/conditioner/soap/body lotion; good wifi, elevator in the building, sockets by the bed, good lighting in the room. To me the neighborhood was a safe and filled with a lot of local businesses and restaurants; I DID NOT get sketchy/ghetto vibe at all. There is nearby construction, but it wasn't loud and the neighborhood is SUPER QUIET at night. Check-in is electronic - you do need to upload your passport (which is a world wide requirement), and when you enter your check in time, you are issued your own personal door code, that works for all doors. It was a 20 minute walk to the bus and train station, and a 20 minute walk to the main tourist square, although there is lots of public transport nearby. There are many local markets nearby and a Lidl around the corner and up a couple blocks. I would stay here again, and highly recommend if you need a clean, comfy place to stay. Room and shower are on the small side, no racks for luggage.

They charge you extra for the balcony. But balcony is so small and has a construction site on the opposite side of the street that it is really not worth it. Instead of paying for a balcony go to one of the wonderful Turkish restaurants in the neighborhood.

We were aware that it was self check-in, so this didn't bother us. Evertyhing was great!
