The view (inner courtyard) outside the room windows was quite nice and calm. Beds were very comfortable. Everything in general worked well and the rooms were clean. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind. The surrounding area around the hotel wasnt too enjoyable, as there are way too many people on the streets especially during the evening.

We arrived early, they gave us access to a bathroom to freshen up and stored our bags so we could wander München until the room was ready. Good location, everything you need in the room. We left quite early on our departure day and the reception staff offered us coffee!!!

Attractive lobby, looks newly renovated. Friendly, professional staff. Air con, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Clean, comfy. Easy walking to Haubtbahnhof, city and bus station. Nearby supermarket and restaurants. We had an attic room with sloping roof - lift to 5th floor then walked up a flight of stairs. Not really a problem though.

The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade 'bircher muesli' . The lobby was very modern and artistic, living up to its 'boutique' moniker. This is a really nice hotel to stay when visiting Munich. The location was close to the main train station and was surrounded by a multitude of nice eating places. The hotel seems geared towards business clients but still is a great place to stay of leisure travellers. The room refrigerator didn't work and on my last night, the smoke alarm came on for 20 or so second at 10.30pm at night for no apparent reason. The location is in the centre of a diverse, very lively area, housing the red light area which not everyone would enjoy. These are minor quips and in no way diminished my enjoyment.

Staff very friendly. Room small but adequate. Walking distance to railway station and shops nearby. Breakfast was very good. Unlike other properties we stayed at in Germany there was no compensation for not having your room serviced daily. At other properties we were each offered a free drink daily if we didn’t have our room serviced.
