The room was very nice. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Location. My first time in Munchen and chose a hotel in a location I was not expecting. Nothing more to say.

Comfortable rooms n good staff. The room was generally clean but the staff did not sweep the floor during my stay. I had a dead fly on my floor from tbe day i checked thru to my checkout. Approx 4 days. English tv channels were very limited. The location central but seemed a bit in low end neighbourhood surrounding the hotel. Dew streets down was fine. .

Wasnt too expensive, comfortable bed, fridge and aircon good to have Not very clean with our towels stained and found silverfish in bathroom. The bar often didnt have any staff on it and we had to wait around, perhaps was understaffed. Drinks pricey as well as restaurant which didnt have many menu options. Shop is not a shop but more of a vending machine. Facilities say public baths but there was nothing of the sort. Surrounding area didnt feel the safest with a fight breaking out one night. Overall quite disappointing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good coffee in the room and a nice bar im the lobby. This hotel is a block away from the subway, which is very convenient.

Location was incredible for moving around the city without being too close to the train station where it’s loud and messy. Sauna was great recovery session after a lot of walking in the city. (It did take a few reminders of staff to turn sauna on). The offer of a free drink if voiding the room clean was a great incentive to re use towels etc. Staff were extremely friendly. Air conditioning did not work in the room. There were some bugs occasionally in the bathroom. Noise was loud outside, as air conditioning didn’t work, we had to have windows open, could hear sirens all night long, as well as general people partying in the streets.
