Great location, great service.

Location to public transit to get around Munich. Clean, spacious rooms with AC. Good breakfast till 10.30, nice for lazier mornings. Interesting art decor throughout the building. Room service didn’t clean away used dishes. Room service was quick to respond to some requests for extra supplies though.

Very close to central station. Only around 6 min walk. Even closer to a tram halte. Feels very safe eventhough it's not far from the main train station. Went home alone past midnight after concert and still feel safe.

The location was really good, just block or so from the train station. The breakfast had lots of choices and was really good. The staff did a great job keeping food items stocked and the buffet area clean. The hotel was very busy and when we asked to borrow an iron the staff responded right away. The rooms were very narrow and cramped. A few of the staff were having some issues when I approached the receptionist. They all tried to be professional, but it was clear I had bad timing.

we had a nice big comfort room - beautiful shower, excellent AC AND windows open into the courtyard, so it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent with great choices of cold and hot foods. Location is great too - close to the central station and close to the historic old town.

They did not gave me the room which I booked, and they lied that it was my booking mistake,but I proved it was not mistake, tgey changed room next day

Location and comfort. Staff went above and beyond to help with parking. Limited parking availability (however the staff found a solution)

Location was excellent. Hotel is clean and affordable and the inclusion of breakfast is very good value. The onsite bar appears to be run by an exterior proprietor who turns up when they want to... doesn't cater for small beers(25ml). As stated the location is ideal for the main rail station, but the local area is typical of any city....be aware of surroundings when traveling.
