Shady location. Smelly. No water provided. No charging sockets next to the beds. No wifi in the rooms. Complained abiut wifi 3 times to 3 different people at the reception. They could not care less.

Comfortable and clean room! Provided an extra bed. Perfect location near the city center. Just outside so the food options are better and more local!
-
Location is good, very near to the station, staff is good, room is good. They gave wonderful breakfast in the morning. Thanks ⚘️

Location in centre Property needs full renovation. Also we did not have hot water in room.
-
Like the price and location. Location is ok because its close to train station. A little sketchy i think but i can deal with that. No hot water in the 2nd night and we are told its coming back but it did not. Cold room due to a window we did not notice until the morning it was broken and cold seeped through.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Comfortable room, friendly staff and great location!

It was closest to the market and restaurants. The Heater didn't work so it was cold.

The rooms , the bed , everything.

It’s very nice with clean rooms and value for money. The staff are really good and welcoming. The entrance to the property is not clean and very dirty. At first we judged the property by its cover? But inside its well maintained ??

The walkable distance to the Christmas markets The noise at night and the dirty side / exterior stairs that lead up to the rooms. There was vegetables that were rotting probably from the market downstairs but no one bothered to clean it up to maintain a clean environment.

It's a good value to stay in this hotel with a reasonable price. We personal like the lively neighborhood with a lot of immigrants. There are many good small restaurants not expensive nearby. The location of the hotel is super. You can walk to the train station and city center. There is no private parking, but there is a public parking nearby, and you can also park on the streets nearby. The lift is big enough for our trolley with a baby and a big baggage. The staffs are very nice and helpful if you know a little how to work with them, as we are in an immigration neighborhood. Honestly, it's a good choice for us! Some rooms may have problems of heating. They changed another room for us, so it's not really a problem.

Location was the only positive and even that wasn’t enough to convince me to stay at the venue. I left immediately upon seeing the room Mold/Mildew, stains, facilities were dirty, smelled like garbage, and staff was not accommodating

Location near main station ? Noisy at night . This street so noisy . For one night stay is ok.

On my second night, the weather became extremely cold, but unfortunately none of the air-conditioning units in my room were working. I informed the staff, and although they were very supportive and tried to help me, they couldn’t fix the problem. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have any backup heating options besides offering me an extra blanket. In my opinion, a hotel should have at least a small electric heater or a similar backup solution in cases like this

No ground level, walk-in reception from the street.

Location is great! Very friendly and helpful staff At nights it was pretty noisy. The street outside is pretty busy

The staff were present at the reception and attentive enough. The bed was large, clean, and comfortable, and the general cleanliness was acceptable. The location was uncomfortable: about 1 km from Munich Central Station, making it inconvenient with luggage. The surrounding neighborhood felt chaotic, noisy, dirty, and unsafe at night, with constant voices, odors, and dodgy shops. The hotel entrance is through a neglected garage next to a busy store, and the building itself is poorly maintained. The room, although large and clean, was sparsely furnished, with old and stained carpet, outdated accessories, and a bathroom in need of maintenance (faucets with erratic water flow and a toilet flush that got stuck). Noise from people outside talking loudly until late at night disrupted sleep. I originally booked this room to share with family with special needs, but due to the poor conditions overall, I decided to book them another hotel.

Property from inside was quite clean, with normal space. Location was not so good, not clean, smelly.. inside the room wasn’t cups or kettle for the coffee.
