The location is really close to the old town, it has restaurants and central station close by. Fresh breakfast every day is available and drinking water 24 hours. Luggage Storage available. No AC but several fans
-
Great location, near the train station and city centre! Nice staff! No air conditioning, but lots of fans!! No fridge in the rooms.
-
Nice clean room, quiet Location-very compact and lots of traffic around. Far from old town. No AC or parking
-
Walk from the train station was easy and still close to the touristy downtown! No air conditioning!! But it cooled down enough at night.

The location was perfect. Very close to central station and walkable to all attractions. We read previous reviews about safety. We traveled with our two teenage daughters and young son and felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is full of immigrant families and they’re businesses. They’re just living their lives. The room was too warm. Even with fans and cool evening temps, it was impossible to get any air circulation. We finally opened the door to the hallway to help circulate some, but it was only minor help.

The staff is great and the location is good for easy access to train.
-
The street is a little noisy at night on a weekend.

Service, staff, cleanliness

The location is great, next to the central station. The staff that greeted us was friendly and stored our bags, while we waited for our room to be ready. Despite not having AC, there’s a ceiling fam, which helped cool The bedroom. The WiFi in the third floor didn’t work at all.

The room was spacious for 3 people. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very simple. The bakery on the corner is a better place for breakfast.

There is nice coffee shop a few steps away from hotel There is very nice Donner across the street Very friendly stuff Very tiny rooms, some how on photos it looks much bigger, pay attention when you order. No AC!!!! If you travel in end of June / begging of July, book something else. Construction around the hotel, nights with open windows are very uncomfortable and noisy. Bed ventilation in restroom, so doors should be closed all the time with turned on lights. Located in most criminal and covered area, did feel safe walking around without husband during the day. A lot of beggers on the streets. A bit distant from old town and touristic areas. OK for one night, look for somethi else if you stay longer in the area.

Rooms were really hot at night. I appreciate this would not always be the case. Weather dependant.
-
Very good position, only 10 min from the city center, very spacious room
-
Location was in a very ethnically segregated area of Munich. At first I was a bit uncomfortable, but the people in the area were very nice. It was very hot, but they had an AC unit in my room which made sleeping tolerable.
-
No air conditioning, room was incredibly hot for the entirety of our stay.
-
Local close to downtown. Great parking around
-
The room was good and the stuff was extremely helpful. The paid breakfast doesn’t worth it. The location is not as good. Everywhere some small shops( not touristic) near there are some beggars who go after you ..
-
Close to train station. Budget hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. No a/c during heat wave but they did provide 2 fans. In very lively neighborhood with strip clubs, men drinking late at night on street and young man getting arrested on way home from train station. It felt very sketch and I did wonder about the safety of walking at night but felt safe at the hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance from Munich HBF. Staff was super nice and polite and very helpful. Everything was good. No complaints.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas and the room was well kept. The hotel is close to attractions like Marienplatt and that was great. There were a couple of strip clubs in the area and a few drinks hanging out in the street at night. This isn’t anything the hotel can control but good to know if you are traveling with family
