Free upgrade to air conditioned room. Quite comfortable and close to old town tourist precinct.

We upgraded to the large room and it was really nice though we only stayed for one night. Vnclose to the train station. One light wasnt working properly and bathroom was bit small compared to the room

We checked in to the hotel, and was hardly there for about 30 minutes. We left because we found two live bed bugs, one on the bed and one on the floor, indicating an active infestation.

Great hotel if you want to stay not far from the railway or bus station. 1. Location is really great, just 10-15 minutes from the bus and railway station. But if you want to get to the city center, it's 20 minutes of a nice walk, so location can't be better. It also seemed safe + there is a supermarket not so far and some nice cafes. 2. Check in was super fast and the staff was nice, thank you! 3. Room was pretty usual and fine, good for the price. Beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, so it was okay. -

The hotel was in walking distance of the main railway station and the inner city, the room was quiet, spacious and to our surprise had airconditioning, especially as my brother who had also booked a room at the hotel only had a fan. We enjoyed the breakfast. The neighbourhood was not tops.

Room was nice, everything listed was provided we also had aircon in our room which was very nice as it was hot at the time we stayed. Good hotel for a 3 day stay in Munich, flexible check in as well which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend and good value for money thank you! The area wasn't the greatest on the street of the hotel, but very close to all sites and was not an issue for us.
