Great location, family friendly hotel with great dorm style rooms. Clean and helpful staff.

Very nice design, comfortable overall, no problem with parking. We loved the hotel garden, where you can relax with beer and chips or a fancy drink and meal. The location was excellent, right on the subway and attached to congress centre we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly. No chance for a late evening drink, the bar is closed.

We only booked one night as we were passing thru. Location is ok, there is a subway station 10 min walk that can take you to the train station and city center. No buses to center unfortunately. The room looked great, we had all the comfort we wanted for a short 1 day stay. At the end of the room there is a separate corner with a sofa and some tea/coffee/water tools. It feels like a nice relaxing corner and has a separate closing door for more privacy. Breakfast was nice too. The children also liked the car playground at the entrance, unfortunately i did not make a photo .Overall, a great experience, i would definitely stay again here and would recommend for families with children. We had to pay a 100E warranty tax at check in by credit card and we were told at check out that it was returned...Still after 10 days when i checked accidentally, i saw the money never returned on the card but thankfully after a few messages with the host, we managed to make the banks to act in our favor and the money went back where they belong. Did not bothered me much because I barely noticed it. And I did not mind paying up the tax, i can understand that some of our fellow country citizens can make a bad reputation but still, what happened with the benefit of the doubt? It is not necessarily someone's fault but it did not feel nice to feel being categorized. I have over 30 booking reservations in the past 12 years and never had an issue anywhere in Europe with anyone. Maybe it would be good for booking to implement a system where both properties but also visitors can grade and send feedback...that way, everyone can have a historic and such situations can be avoided more elegantly. But then again, using the dislike box more to provide feedback for Booking that no one reads because i had no real complains. The place is still a 10 though.

الفندق جميل جداً ونظيف و تسجيل الدخول كان سهل المواقف السفلية ب 14 يورو في اليوم .. الأسرة روعة ومريحة و الفندق قريب من السوبرماركت وبعض المطاعم المجاورة The hotel is very nice and exceptionally clean. Check-in was easy and smooth. The underground parking costs €14 per day. The beds are excellent and very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near a supermarket and several nearby restaurants. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und äußerst sauber. Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Tiefgarage kostet 14 € pro Tag. Die Betten sind hervorragend und sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt außerdem in der Nähe eines Supermarkts sowie mehrerer Restaurants.
