Comfortable beds. Good comms with the staff though everything was done online Not close to much and no air conditioning. Paid a very high price relative to what it is due to very limited availability around Munich due to a festival.

The room doesn't have any AC and the windows didn't have a mosquito net so we couldn't open the windows during the night which was very hot during our stay.

The family room I booked was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I booked this location because they advertised an EV charger and breakfast. The charger had been down for so long that the website used to pay for it no longer exists. They had to know about this ahead of time, however it was still advetised on their listing/website and no sign was on it to explain it was broken when I arrived. There is no one actually at the facility, but they advertise on the listing and all over the hostel they can be reached 24 hours a day by WhatsApp. I notified them less than 2 hours after checkin that the WiFi and the EV charger were not working. By 11pm that night the WiFi was working. They never responded to my WhatsApp message. After 12 hours I contacted Booking for help and they contacted the owner who claimed to not know the charger was broken and apologized for not responding to the message. When Booking asked for some type of compensation for the issues the hostel refused. The following night I again tried to contact them about the WiFi being down. I never recieved a response to that either. The vending machine was also broken, but I didn't bother trying to notify them of that, since they had never responded to my previous messages. I checked out almost 24 hours after the company I booked with notified the hostel of the EV charger being broken. It was not repaired, no sign was on the charger to indicate it didn't work, and the hostel's website and listing still listed it as available to guests. This was a geat facility with terrible customer service. I have attached photos of my unanswered WhatsApp messages.

I stayed in a single room. For one night, it’s an amazing hotel. Everything is automated — online check-in, opening the door with your phone, etc. For long trips, it’s definitely a comfortable place to stay and rest for a night. nothing

The room has rather a minimum of power outlets, ex. none close to the bed, but 2-3 behind the TV. The beds were separated and this was not shown in the pictograms while booking the hotel. Even though we were 2 persons there was only 1 chair in the room.

We stayed more nights here, first time was a good room, clean bathroom, spacious room, hot water, parking. Also delicious breakfast For the value of money was ok but wait not all rooms are good. The next room that we have it was smelling terible cigarettes, even if it is not alowed to smoke. We tried to call, to write, or speak with someone. But this is the problem that no one answers you It was winter but we had to stay more time with window open because coukd not stay in that smell. And we also had problem with hot water.

We liked our room. It was clean and comfortable. Didn’t like electronic checkin. No one to talk to for help unless we had whatsapp which we didn’t have. The pdf attached to email to checkin didn’t open so we couldn’t read it. Needed instructions in english to use the laundry facilities and there wasn’t any.

Everything was all right. The room was comfortable the bathroom very nice and clean, the checkin was easy. I loved the fact that you have to open the door through a button on the internet. There were enough parking spaces, the location is ok if you have a car.
