Dear Hotel Management, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during our stay at your hotel last week in Munich. While we were asleep during the night, someone entered our room twice without knocking or obtaining our permission. This was extremely disturbing and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We believe that guests' privacy and security should always be respected. We would appreciate it if you could explain why this happened and what measures you take to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We look forward to your response. Clean rooms with all required facilities No Free parking. They charge 15 euros per night. No air conditioner or fan, difficult in summer.

We liked the location, just a short walk from Augustiner-Keller and shopping and dining facilities. The city center is also easy to to reach. The staff was caring and flexible, the room was spotlessly clean. Not necessary a complaint, but a few observations. Firstly, the windows could not be fully opened, only tilted. To open, you would have needed a key. I understand safety precautions and all, but in 28-30 degrees with no AC the window is your only source of refreshment. Secondly, we noticed that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom might sound silly, but if you think about it...

Easy check-in although we arrived around 10:30 p.m., location is convenient, breakfast is good A fan (for the summer months at least) and a tea/coffee maker in the room would be good to have

The breakfast buffet was very good and the quality was steady for the whole 5 nights. Worth the price, I think. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, linen and bath towels were changed daily. There were darkening shades outside the window that kept out the morning sun. Lack of air conditioning could be a bummer on a hot summer day. Fortunately, the heatwave had just ended. You could open windows, it's not the noisiest neighbourhood, especially if you're sleeping with earplugs, but still. The hot water pressure wasn't great. And there weren't enough power outlets to charge the phone while keeping the lamp on. The transportation connections were convenient, but it's still quite far from the city centre, it took usually about 40 minutes to get to Marienplatz.
