Restaurant & staff was really good. Even my children liked the candies kept at reception. Wanted to make special mention of Mr. Marcos at restaurant- he was very cheerful person & served us every time with great energy & smile- which made our day… Generally all well. No complaints.

Location & Staff: The hotel's location is excellent for travelers commuting between Munich and Austria, set in a quiet neighborhood close to Turkish and Indian restaurants, a supermarket, and a popular dm store. The staff were also very helpful and cooperative. Housekeeping & Services: Housekeeping did not meet typical hotel standards, bottled water was frequently forgotten on cleaning days, and there is no luggage assistance service. In-Room Facilities: I was surprised by the lack of an electric kettle in the room, forcing guests to go down to the ground-floor restaurant whenever they needed hot water. The same applied to getting ice. Facilities & Parking: The gym is extremely small and lacks modern equipment, and there is no swimming pool, which is a major drawback—especially during the summer. Furthermore, parking is not guaranteed for guests and depends strictly on availability, yet it costs €18 per day!

Clean, comfortable, and nice staff. Even though we arrived at 9 (breakfast finishes at 10:30), the pretzels and most of the pastries were gone and were not restocked.
