The pool was awesome! The bar staff was super friendly. The loungers outside were great.

Wonderful location, close to public transit. The hotel has good public places to hang out with friends or family A small room was as described. Was good for one person but could be a bit cramped for two.

The family room was very clean and spacious. We loved the design, the comfortable beds and the facilities. The pool is beautiful and the staff was kind and helpful. The parking is a bit far away and expensive.

Had everything we needed

I liked everything overall One thing really annoyed me is that the room cleaning was only once a week and since my stay was only for 3 days I didn't get any! Our expectation from such hotels and for this price is that room cleaning should be avaible on a daily basis....

Wonderful place for stay in Munich. Staff are very helpful. There is a nearby paid secure parking. close by to public transport. Nice neighborhood.

The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the pool is quite small, so it became very crowded during the summer, making it difficult to fully enjoy. We were driving, and the designated parking area was also a fair walk from the accommodation, which was a little inconvenient when carrying luggage or travelling with children. Overall, we still had an enjoyable stay, but a larger pool and more convenient parking would have made the experience even better.

Pool, gym, room was clean, bathroom was very nice, room was nicely stocked, bed was super comfy No changes in breakfast, everyday everything was the same

The hallways were a little shabby and dark.

The rooms were adequate and plenty of room to move around (we booked 2 bedroom apartment with washer and fridge). My son enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant food was delicious. The parking garage was close by and our rental van was safe. The location was safe and in a nice neighborhood! The lighting in the room could be better, there's odor in the hallway and nobody came to clean our room for 4 days!!!!We had to ask for toilet paper and new towels! But all in all it was a great stay, we were only there to shower and sleep anyways.

Family rooms with a loft for the kids. Kitchen and laundry in the rooms. Good location in a nice neighborhood, close to public transit

We loved the lofted family room and the pool. We were able to walk to the train station and grocery store. It was nice to have laundry in our room. Nothing!

Super functional, great amenities, super clean rooms! Difficult to find street parking and the hotel parking was quite expensive

More than anything I need to say that the customer Service Reps were the ones that made my stay in Munich worthy the trip. They were very professional, friendly and courteous, ( the gentleman that ck me in, the one that did my ck out and the young lady that worked the second shift on Friday) they were absolutely excellent, please, please excuse me for I’m very bad with names. Big Thank You!’ That there were no instructions on how to use some of the appliances, no informational guidance. By the way my name is Austria Ramirez (female) not Gaston.
