I didn't like check in time, It's too late according to other hotels.

The family room was ok. It`s good for a short stay. Quiet location. The metro station is close by. It`s good value for money. The balcony was very dirty and had no furniture whatsoever. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice.

when I make a reservation in the summer, first think I choose is the climatisation. This is the second hotel Hollyday in Germany that told me the same phrase when arrived there after a day in 34 degree : "sorry , the clima is not working!:" In the room like 28 degree - hotter than outside !!! Never book Hollyday Inn in my live, and will advise all my friends, relatives, an aquitances to avoid this hotel.

The brand of the hotel, nothing else :( The room smelled horrible and also the toilet, the bed was not comfortable and didn’t look clean. The pillows were too much.

The room is tidy and clean. Location is also good, close to Ubahn station and the supermarkets. We parked in front of the hotel for free. The room numbering is quite confusing, but the staff that I met in the isle helped to solve it.

Nothing about the property provided a memorable experience. The front desk staff, especially the assistant manager was extremely rude, condescending, vindictive, and disrespectful to my friends and myself. Nothing about him was warm or welcoming. The atmosphere was projected as if we were a bother. He offered only favors to certain guests and would dismiss the rest of my party.

The parking is still confusing for us in Munich, the app was not much help and it is impossible to figure out how to park on streets legally. The garage costs 20 $, which was quite pricey.

Room was a good size, considering it's Europe. Older hotel could use an remodel! Not convenient for tourist, you must ride the train, that's a 15 minute walk to the station. or call for a cab, which gets real expensive, especially if your staying for a while. Breakfast was really expensive 25.00 per person. There were no other restaurants in close proximity of the hotel.

It was a great location. Just down the street for the underground train. The room was absolutely great. Bed were so comfortable. The restaurant was delicious. So happy with it all. Would definitely stay there again.
